When I finally got through to the agent just one day before our departure, I was casually told, “Ma’am, everything can be customized once you reach there.” This added to the anxiety and made things more difficult. There was also poor clarity on payments. After a WhatsApp message a month prior, there was no further communication or confirmation. Naveen from Kingsman Travel was at least somewhat responsive, but Bhavay Garg, who took over as the SPOC, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His responses were arrogant, and there was no support from his side whatsoever. While we managed Kuala Lumpur somehow, the coordination post that was disappointing. That said, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the agents and drivers assigned in Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. Their professionalism, cooperation, and understanding—especially around flight delays and unpredictable weather—made a real difference. Kudos to them for their hospitality and support. Langkawi was awesome and the travel agent assigned in Langkawi. His hospitality was absolutely great.
