Swimming with Manta Rays is an incredible experience and one should surely not miss out on the opportunity of swimming with this lovely creature. Now that travelers have made up their minds about swimming with them, one must be wondering how to reach swimming with Manta Rays in Hanifaru Bay to live this adorable experience. Hanifaru Bay is in Baa Atoll and is at a distance of one hundred and fifteen kilometers from Male International Airport.

Seaplane

One can opt to reach this perfect destination by taking a seaplane. This will take twenty-five minutes in approximation along with some breathtaking views. One gets to reach to Dharavandhoo Domestic Airport, which is at a distance of just two kilometers from Hanifaru Bay.

Domestic Plane

One has to book a domestic plane three days prior to arrival. This plane will take travelers from Male International Airport to Dharavandhoo Island which is just eighteen minutes away. Afterward, speedboats are available that may take somewhat around fifteen minutes.

Public Ferry Speedboat

It takes two hours and forty-five minutes for travelers to reach from Airport to Kendhoo Island and speedboat transfers are available afterward if bookings have been made two days prior to arrival.

Passenger Boat

This boat will take eight hours from Male to Kendhoo and departs every Wednesday at 9 pm from Male. This is the cheapest mode to travel and reach Hanifaru Bay from Male International Airport and costs only twenty-five US Dollars per person.
