    When you arrive at the airport, our representative will be there to receive you. You will be lead to Sigiriya. After that, you will be visiting one of the main attractions of this place- The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage which is a place where injured elephants are fed and taken care of.       I am satisfied with services extended by Naina from Travel Traingle .I would like to Specially mention Nooha from I Am Srilanka for being patience /polite & excellent choice of hotel :except hotel Sapphire in Colombo ,all were excellent properties. But would definately like to suggest few points:[1]It would have been more helpful if you could provide opening timings of temples.ie Temple Tooth Relic opens for viewing in mornings & evenings only [evening @ 6-30]We had purchased costly entry tickets ,only to be told that we are 1.5 hour early .we missed cultural show too because of time mismanagement .Such details would have helped plan our day properly. Also Hanuman temple on way to Nuwara Eliya opens @ 3-30 pm [closed between 1-30 to 3-30] Overall , very good experience ...our vehicle was very comfortable ,our Driver Priyantha was very polite too .....Thankyou I AM SRILANKA ..would definately refer it.

      It was a good trip. The driver Mr. Kumar was very welcoming and helpful throughout the journey. However, very 1st day of the trip was not so good since the first hotel provided in sigriya was very isolated and the route didn't feel safe for women's traveling. When asked for help from directlink agent they didn't provide with alternate accommodation immediately and kept us stranded in the car in heavy rains for 3 hours. Finally we were given a good hotel. Should have provided that in the first place. The journey was good and safe. Another bad experience was in Nuwara Eliya hotel (Lakeview comfort bungalow) where the manager wasn't at all cooperative and didn't had any dinner services when we arrived. Had to struggle to get our dinner ordered and the room given was not at all good and had no view at all and had to stay there for 2 nights. Could have done better with the rooms atleast. Another unsatisfactory experience was at mirissa hotel where there was no proper service at all. Just a foreigner woman who claimed she was managing the hotel and the owner was out. The sceneries were beautiful. The roads the places in srilanka were spectacular. The beaches were clean and beautiful. All the outings and the nature were the best memories. Thank you for making it a good trip. Just few hotel issues that need to be worked on. Otherwise it was amazing.

      The trip was excellent as Sri Lanka is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. It's cleanliness is note worthy. The scenic beauty of the beaches, it's strong historical importance of Buddhism and the extremely well mannered citizens makes the country one of the finest tourist spot and hence a must visit for all tourists. The hotels and food at Magampura Eco Resort Village ( adjacent to Yala National Park), The Lady Hill Hotel at Galle, Kamili Beach Villa Hotel at Kaluatara were very good with special mention of The Lady Hill Hotel at Galle which was excellent. However, stay at Star White Hotel at Negombo was not good. Would recommend to avoid this place. The driver and vehicle of Vista Vacations were good and they have made the trip bookings quite well.

      This was my first interaction with Travel Triangle & i must it was horrific, specially the accounts department. Ranjeet was the only guy who was able to assist me and was polite. Being in a customer centric profile, their accounts department is filled with obnoxiously rude and impolite people. I've travelled all over the world this was the worst travel company i've come across. I would NOT recommend them.

      We had a delightful trip, except a few confusions here and there. Make sure that the vendor follows a transparent process while discussing the itenary with guests. Committing something and delivering different thing will cause unnecessary confusions. However, the vendor took care of all our needs very well. They did a very good job. Nuwera eliya and ela was heaven.

      Rating - 3 Shanil was our agent from travco and helped us chose and built an itinerary. however, the complete job post-payment was left to Janaka, our driver. Every time we reached out for a question- we were told to consult Janaka, Janaka drove well and showed up on time always, however, he did not explain the itinerary properly, talked rudely, asked us not to ask questions, skipped few spots like a strawberry garden, botanical garden, we weren't given the fee massage as promised, and the city tour was from inside the car. He forced us to go to places of his choosing - like gemstone showrooms where he might be getting a commission. He also made unexpected stops in the trip to lunch places of his choice, rather than ours. He also told us to walk to nine arc bridge when cars were going. The price quoted by Travco for activities like Whale watching and Yala safari was 2X more than the market price. We went with outside vendors and had a great experience - saw 2 leopards as well Hotels given were very good expect Galadari who had a really bad buffet for a 5 star Otherwise, Sri Lanka is very beautiful and we enjoyed the trip.

      I'm very glad i chose Hellow Travels for my 9D/8N (28th Dec 2019 - 5th Jan 2020) family trip to Srilanka. Mr. Dhanuka Prasad is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He was available 24x7 round the clock and helped me a great deal in finalizing my itinerary, getting me ETA(visa) and clarifying any doubts i had. I was travelling with my parents (60+ yo) and an infant (3yo) and hence i specially asked Dhanuka to provide me with a very caring driver. He totally did his 100% in this matter. We were allotted a Tourist board approved Chauffeur Mr. Ahamad who is GEM of a person! We felt very safe with him all through the tour and he went out of his way to help us all through the trip especially in getting good deals at sightseeing/activities and finding decent indian restaurants for lunch and dinner. He also very punctual and made sure we covered the entire itinerary and a few extra sightseeing places too! We visited Colombo, Pinnawala, Sigiriya, Trincomalee, Dambulla, Kandy, Kitugala Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Bentota. The White water rafting at Kitugala, water sports at Bentota, Zipline at Ella were highlights of the tour. Mr Dhanuka booked very good hotels offering breath taking views from the hotel rooms/windows and a very tasty breakfast in a decent budget. He even managed to get 6 train tickets for us on the Nanu oya - Ella train which was a beautiful train ride offering amazing views of tea plantations and waterfalls. This was the first international trip to 4 of my family members and Mr. Dhanuka really made it a memorable one for them. I would 100% recommend Hellow Travels to any one planning to visit Sri Lanka without a second thought. Thank you Mr. Ahamad and Dhanuka from Hellow Travels for everything and i wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Lastly, at the time of booking the tour, travel triangle executive informed me that they will contact me everyday during the tour for any feedback/assistance which never happened! So it would have been good on their part if they really kept up their promise.

      Harshini and Ravishi made sure the trip is memorable for us and it indeed is. Loved each bit of it. We chose most of the stays and they got them for us at much cheaper prices if we booked directly. They helped us plan quick since I started planning just a week before.       We didn't like the hotels at Galle and Kalutara... The beach was not good to play... instead we could have stayed at bentota where beaches were good....also in Galle hotel should be somewhere near the market area or the fort...that area is beautiful We enjoyed Nuwara eliya... Loved Seeta Amman temple....boat Safari was also good
