    We really enjoyed our trip and we can definitely reccomend Flexrates Media and Tourism! Everything was organised really good, and above our expectations. Travel agent was kind and helpfull and together with him we could design and modify the trip in the way that suits us the best. Even when out flight was cancelled last minute, agent helped us to modify our stay. He also gave us a lot of hospitality and support when we arrived to Rajasthan. Our cab driver was also nice, professional, kind and supportive. Quality of hotels were also great. Summarizing: it was a great trip and Rajasthan is an amazing place.     Good service for Jaipur. Make sure to take cab in accordance to the places that you want to visit and manage your time accordingly. Drive or agent does not interfere in places that you want to visit. Destnation guidance was not very elaborative

    Both the trip and Trip sailer support was good. Lets also share +/- about trip. Positive: 1. The cab and cab driver [Bhawani Singh] was great, and very helping nature. 2. Food of both the hotels were superb. Needs to improvement: 1. As I have booked the trip request much in-advance, the expectation was to get the best safari zone to visit, but the Safari zone (Zone 7) given to me had a really bad route. Strictly No-No, if you are travelling with small kid. This should be taken care by agent and guest should be better updated on this. 2. With past travel experience, I somewhere know that when we book the rooms from agents v/s we book the rooms directly; the hotel keeps the separate rooms. And the same thing happened in Jaipur, it was a corner room, where the tap, hand shower were not working; also there was tore plastic sheet in bathroom partition, which can anytime hurt the guest. The same was informed to hotel reception. 3. When you pay for the trip, which also means the planning remains with trip agent. But, agent shared the coordinator name [cab/safari], where guest needs to contact them for any further lead and planning. This should be well managed.

    Over all the trip was awesome except the hotel check in at ranthambore as there was no booking with our name. Luckily there was a reserve room with hotel so they accommodated with that. Else we would have ended up with out hotel even after paying full amount of the package. Awesome hotels. Good driver.     Trip was planned well 1st stay at khandela property was very beautiful and worth Next day Sarang palace was worst very worst no proper service Very bad rooms Not at all upto the package cost ..     Amazing experience. Very good and helpful staff. Only concern was "Kanj Avatar Resort" in Pushkar was a bit far from city, so even though facility was good it wasn't very convenient.     Vital had done their best to make our Trip a memorable one. They were supportive and Aarti continuously followed up on our well being and difficulties that we faced during our stay. The Heritage village -Resort is uttermost waste hotel and also is in outskirts of Jaipur. Vital team assured me that they have black listed the hotel and will not offer it to any other travelers. Just for the people who’ll be reading my review, this resort Didn’t provided me a heater in winter , their flush wasn’t working and their water tap didn’t had a cap to control the flow of water. Breakfast was average though. Rest all was good, Driver was very professional and was always on time. Big Thanks to the Vital Team. Thanks for the Anniversary complimentary Lunch.
