Everything was good except the houseboat. The food at the houseboat was excellent beyond comparison. But they had only one blanket, and only one towel. As if they were informed that only one person will be in the room.

The houseboat provided was very bad. Not so worth. Bad rooms in houseboat and the houseboat staff was very rude. We paid extra for the Fish and in lunch they provided a half piece of a fish to eat. Very bad dinner and very bad experience.

GIVING 3 STARS AS TRAVEL TRIANGLE IS NOT SUBMITTING REVIEW WITH RATINGS LESS THAN 3 STARS. MY ACTUAL RATING WAS 2 STARS ONLY We booked our travel through Namaskaram Travels for 4 Nights and 5 Days. Want to rate this trip 2* due to following reasons:- 1. We have specifically asked for Innova having continuous seats in the middle as we were 6 adults and 1 child. That is 7+1 seater Innova. But we were provided 6+1 Innova seater. Due to this, we faced extreme level of INCONVENIENCE and UNCOMFORT during our whole journey. On the very first day, we complained about this during pickup from airport. The SPOC Neha from Namaskaram Travels told us that they will provide requested car next day and we just have to adjust with this car for one day. But that 7+1 seater car was never provided during our whole trip despite of multiple reminders. Everytime we were told that they will provide a new car but that never happened and we had to cramp up in that car uncomfortably. Please be aware that 60-70% of your trip will be spent in the car for transit. 2. We specifically asked for King size beds in resort and during booking, we were told that all hotels are booked with King size beds. But all the hotels were booked with Queen size beds 3. The Patio hotel booked in Thekkady was not good. The hotel was like a dormitory and rooms were very small. Normal toiletries like dental kit, etc. which are normally provided in every good hotel was not available. They were chargeable. 4. Food was not adequate and was in less quantity in houseboat Pros: Cab driver Swaminathan as a person was good and was trying his best for the travel Overall, won't recommend from my side

The arrangements were good and the hospitality was flawless at all the venues. But we felt that it was slightly over priced when it comes to value for money. When taking the package, we had exactly similar packages offered from other companies but we went with Postcard travels, as they had the best rating. Would definitely like to highlight the Houseboat in Alleppey. We advice all further travelers not to stay at a Houseboat. you can enjoy a 6 hour ride during the day but avoid staying over night. The food is mediocre and the boat (which was supposed to be premium) was not comfortable at all. It felt like a cheap Motel room. Our package was total 5 Star and apart from the one odd night at the houseboat all the arrangements, hotels and Resorts were top notch. Our driver in Kerala and his cab were really nice. He was very respectful and accommodated all our plans and changes to the daily itinerary. He was a local and had good knowledge of the area. I would surely suggest Postcard trips to my friends and family, but would ask to negotiate and dig deeper to avoid experiences like the one on the houseboat.

      1. Tulusi village hotel was 22km away from munnar and was very average in standard we didn't get the breakfast in time. Hotel was in like shown to us in the picture. Nothing exiting about munnar. 2. Hotel in thekkady was good and upto the standard, breakfast was good. Got things to see in thekkady. 3. Aleeppey was the worst experience of Kerala. 1st our actual boathouse cancelled on us (we still don't know the reason and would like to know the reason) and the travel agent arranged a alternative boathouse to us which was supposed to start by 1 in the noon but started its ride by 4:30 pm and ended it's trip by 6:30 pm (2hrs) food was below average, infrastructure of boat was below average. In the morning they stared and ended the ride before we could wake up from the bed, we could not have the breakfast because of its quality and taste. 4. We got a very average room in varkala on which we don't have any complaints but once again it was not as it was shown in the pictures. Now speaking about the cab and the driver: maintainance of cab was good but the driver who was actually assigned to us didn't arrive and it's was another driver made proxy on his behalf who was very slow in his driving. Once again we got a different driver from alleppey who at the end of trip forced us to close the trip before 5pm. Speaking about the travel agent rithvik: he was good enough to solve our queries and was quick enough to arrange the alternative boathouse to us in the event of cancellation. But still it would have been perfect if the error didn't happen at theb1st place. I need to speak to somebody from the travel triangle because I'm very deeply saddened by the events happened on boathouse and I think I would never pay 10k for 3hrs of ride which didn't even cover one island. Best memory was thekkady and varkala

Really good experience with the travel agent as they took take care of everything. Not just bookings, they also kept asking the feedback and the experience while the trip was on. So that was something to appreciate. The locations of hotels were also beautiful just like the state itself.

Program was done as asked. Hôtel in Munnar was very good. Confortable and good breakfast. A pitty that there was noy internet in the room! Driver was nice person and he knew perfectly where to go and visit. Agent was reactive and professionnal. I higly recommend. Great sightseeing in Munnar. The black waters very peaceful and nice. I would love to have all included during the tour rather than paying to go to the sunset or if i wanted other thing to dîner instead of chicken. It always look like if you were ony interested in money. our.

Over all the trip was just above average for the amount we have spent. Pro: Driver was caring to the elderly. Munnar hotel staff is good. Con: Hotels room standards is not value for money spent. Driver coordination on the 1st day was very bad ,lost out on spots to visit. Good quality water proof cover should be used for luggage. Our bags were wet while traveling from kochi to munnar. Hotel in Kochi not giving RO or regular water, only chargeable bisleri bottles. Initially one bottle complementary ; not sufficient for multiple people. Munnar hotel does not have lift, not disable friendly, the dining is in a steep zone which causes inconvenience to guest and staff. Murky water in taps. Tour in Munnar requires 4000₹ jeep ride, additional charges to be informed earlier by agency. Houseboat has AC timing ,no full time AC & no control on AC temperature as no remote. No hot water facility .No sweets on the menu. Travel agent to share opening and closing timing of all places to visit to enable proper coordination. Map may be shared.

I am not fully satisfied with the travel service provided by Guruji Travel. (1) In First hotel stay at Kochi, Hotel Manager provided Standard Room instead of Executive Room, which is very small to accommodate my Family. For this When I contacted Guruji Travel, they told me that they will refund the Extra room cost difference, but still I have not got any refund. (2) Regardinf Cab-Service, they told me that they will provide me the Maruti-Ertiga cab at the time of booking package, but instead of this they provided me the Tavera cab which is less comfortable. (3) Next day, Hotel "Munnar Queen" is fine, but they had charged wrong(overcharge) food(Ala-Carte) charges to me at the time of Checkout. Actually, we ate less no. of food items in Dinner, but in the bill they had mentioned more no. of items. Its looks like, they had charged someone else bill to us. Please tell us how to contact them to fix this wrong bill issue and take refund for extra food items charged. (4) Next day, Hotel "Green Cove" is one of the worst hotel that I had ever seen. Room door's lock is not working. There is not hot water in bathroom, when I complaint they took 2 hours to fix the hot water problem in bathroom. There is Electric-Kettle for hot-water drinking, when I asked they provided me one flask instead of kettle and also told me that hot-drinking-water cannot be provided night as kitchen is closed, it will be provided next morning. Two Beds are prodided as per Family-Room, But quality of Bed linen and Balnlket are not good, they are dirty. We reached the hotel in the afternoon(around 2PM) and asked for lunch, but they had provided lunch approximatetely after 2 hours(around 4 PM), which is too late for us to go out for sightseeing. (5) Next day, On House-boat(B4You Houseboat) - Food & staff-service was ok, BUT houseboat quality is not good at all. Two rooms are provided but their locks and LATCH(Kundi) are not working properly. AC of one room was not working properly, however they fixed it temporarily, when we did the complaint. Celeing-Fan of one room is too much noisy and loosely attached to the roof, it looks like it can fall anytime and this Fan do not have controller(regulator) to control its speed, so due to that we(all 4 family members) had slept only in one room on small bed. There was no benefit of talking 2nd room. Please consider these feedback points important and provide them to the respective Hotel/Agent so that they will improve their services in future for other customers.
