Upon arrival in Manali, you will be picked up and dropped at the hotel. Check in the hotel and freshen up. Rohtang Pass or Snow point Rohtang Pass is a high mountain pass that connects Manali to the Lahaul and Spiti district. There is so much you can enjoy here such as activities on the snow i.e skiing, snow scooter ride and horse riding at personal cost.

My Trip to Manali (from Delhi) was overall ok. 1. Ok because of the worst experience on Traveling by Volvo. I suggest not to choose the Volvo option. Though i have done the reservations 3 months back, I was given Back seats in Volvo in both onward and return. Never ever deal with the Volvo representative Manoj. He is the vendor for 1 point 5 billion. At Delhi pick up point he asked me to wait at the Church (ext to indian oil petrol bunk) and told me that the bus will come by that route. Later he changed it and asked us to come to that galli as Police will not allow the bus to stop over there. There was an other family as well had to walk down with baggage towards another pick up point. It was not a Volvo bus, it was a age old Benz bus. Very noise and no AC to maintain the temp. It was so cold outside and the same inside. Bus broke down on the way. when I asked Manoj about the Bus quality and no maintaining of AC, he says though its broke down it reached on time right?? Regd to temp inside, he acted like he doesnt know how Volvo buses maintain the temp inside. Return was a clean/good AC Volvo but again BACK seats. 2. I made my booking for an Innova with addl chanrge for it for the local trip. They have never provided me an Innova. a) Bus stop to Hotel- a TATA car. Not sure of the brand. Never seen on Bangalore roads b) 1st Day local site seeing a different car and the 1st one engaged with something else c) 2nd day local trip - Maruti Alto. It was too tight and a tough one d) 3rd day some other can kind of vehicle. Again never seen this car on Bangalore roads 3. Hotel (Tanglewood villa) -Good. Service was bit slow but i njoyed the stay in the hotel Location - Good, Cleanliness- Good, Food- Super, Balcony view- Excellent I dont think i should complain on Hotel/Stay. Representative Ansh Mehta was very responsive. My overall interaction with her - Excellent. If my Volvo exp would have been good, I would have rated Very Good over all.

Our Manali trip was arranged by Ms. Shabnam from North India Tours. It as well arranged. The stay and food at Himalayan Heights Hotel was excellent.The driver was punctual and polite but for the adventure activities , he would take us to stalls/counters that charge unreasonably high. He seemed to have a tie up with those stalls. In case we tried to book through another stall, the driver and his stall guys would threaten the other stall guys and make it impossible for us to choose the guys offering a better rate. Also the driver was not ready to drive till the sightseeing places. Most of the time we had to walk uphill. Precisely Solang valley and Manu temple, we were made to walk atleast 2-3 kms uphill. The driver would cite reasons like chances of vehicle getting stuck( it was a Toyota Innova) And we noticed alto cars and even rickshaws going uphill , while walking to these places. Overall we enjoyed the trip - only the experience with driver stood out like a sore thumb. Would recommend the tour operator and the hotel of stay for everyone and would request tour operator to engage with honest and ethical drivers

We traveled on March 27 to 31 and the trip was awesome. The hotel we stayed was snow heaven resort and the hotel view was awesome and hotel foods are good. The only problem in hotel was not near to main town. We have to go by cab Only. The cab driver and cab is ok for us. To watch and play in snow you have to cross the atal tunnel only. For that you have to paid extra amount for cab. The Atal tunnel trip was awesome time. Total trip was awesome and climate is chill 5degrees only.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

1. Babitha , you coordination was excellent starting from package booking to trip end. 2. Trip was awesome. 3. Shaina Mareema Cottage, we felt like we are at home. Food was super. Only thing was, we took the heater but it is not sufficient for the weather. There is a power cut during night time due to weather conditions[so there is no use of heater, due to power cut no hot water]. They have to take care of power (Alternate if there is a power cut). Suggestion from my end to both "Travel Triangle" and "Pan India" - Driver don't know the plan related to trip. I suggest please let the driver know the plan of complete. ex: From the pick up till drop , driver should know the daily plan of the complete trip. As per our experience, driver knows.. only these points: 1. Pick up form Delhi airport to drop at Delhi airport 2. Destination is Manali and Kullu. 3. He know few regular places in manali and kullu. 4. One good thing was , he was aware of traffic at solang valley, so he suggested us to go for Hampta Pass.

There was an issue in that the drver was not paid the amount and he stopped the car midway. I understand the driver is from a company 5 levels down which i didnt expect. Even after calling Travel triangle 2 times on this issue no one from Travel Triangle called back to know the status. I will not refer Travel Triangle to any one else. Top Tier Holidays Llp didnt find out how the trip was going during the trip. Got a message inquiring the about the trip after the trip was completed though.

It was a good experience. The driver (Pradeep Rana) was really good and was very cooperative. The hotel was good but not very great. The entrance to the hotel was very bad, we had tough time to reach to the hotel. Rooms are not that big. However the agency helped plan all the aspects of the travel.

Overall satisfactory but could have made excellent trip if all the promises made in itinerary were fulfilled. It was promised that I would be provided a private cab but it was on sharing basis that is annoying,, It was promised that I would be provided a Sedan Dezire but was given alto for half of the trip again annoying and more disappointing when you have charged extra on the name of that. I was promised it would be private cab only for you during Rohtang Pass and you charged extra 7 thousand for the same but after reaching there you denied straight away, and provided a sharing cab and that too an Alto instead of Dezire promised in Itinerary. Your driver was not even aware of the hotel name and address when we reached Manali, Disappointing but just saying satisfactory because of the nice weather. Please don't make false commitment when you cannot fulfil.

We like the food Also .Clean and spacious Rooms Only the driver of Cab was in very hurry at every sightseen . One point of vashisht temple was missed out completely by Him from our itinerary because we didn't check our itinerary there . Mr. Praveen was very cooperative and responsible person through out the tour. He has make a good tour for us. Over all it is a great experience and enjoy a lot with Trans Himalaya and Travel triangle.

This guy dont know hospitality which is the basic thing in his field.Assure trip guys will not check with you whether hotel and driver were upto the mark or not .They will only call you for payment. These guys just book hotel and cab for you and do not expect more from them.My personel experience was bad and do not recommend anyone to use their services.

Overall experience was good right from booking the trip from payment and on the trip. Travel agent were good but they changed the few things or miscommunicated about few things which we ignored like cab pic and actual car then mode of payment like asked us to give some cash directly to driver instead of they giving them. Now talking about cab and driver , cab was ok and driver was a good driver for these roads. But our whole trip was according to them . They didnt take us to planned locations giving some reasons , never communicated things properly. We just saw 2 things from our big itinerary was Manu temple and mall road They used to take us to only places for buying things where there commission was fixed. Instead of taking us to solang cally driver said road got closed bcoz we started late which he didnt tell us prior that we will have to leave early tomorrow to visit that place , so we enjoyed snow somewhere in between . Over all trip was good but the not well managed Got to see and play in the snow and weather was nice. Food and stay was good in the hotel
