    • Trip to Manali

Not too happy with the booking First the good parts: 1. Well-arranged trips, ample time to go around for seeing different places 2. Good hotels in Shimla, Manali, and Dalhousie. The views were amazing from all these hotels, and so were the rooms and the service. Special mention about the hotel in Dalhousie, beautiful place, amazing views and awesome food. The parents were very happy. 3. The driver was quite well mannered and had equally good driving skills Not so good and improvement areas: 1. The driver had very bad navigational skills, was uncooperative, especially when it came to asking for directions in a new place. It was strange as you would expect to get someone who will have good knowledge about the place where he goes almost regularly 2. This trip was customized which is why a lot of responsibility rested with the driver who was either unhelpful when it came to assisting or suggesting something to do, or was unaware of most of the things 3. The hotel in Chandigarh was unhygienic, one of the rooms had cockroaches roaming around, another had bedbugs and the third room was damp and smelled as if it always remains shut. My father had to stay up the entire night because of bed-bug bites 4. The hotel in Dharamshala was again old, dirty and unhygienic too. They tried to pass-off the water from the dish-cleaning area as drinking water. Rooms were shabby, blankets were worn out and dirty, furnishings were very old and shabbily kept. Not something you expect from an apparent 3 star hotel

Some of the hotels are good but locations are not easily accessible particularly when there are aged tourists with you. As for New Delhi hotels, please check with the hotel authorities whether they really meet star standards. For example, Good Luck hotel at Delhi does not fulfil the standards of a three star hotel. They don't even have plates to serve the food. Manali Hotel was the best. Hotel at Shimla was very co-operative and extended all possible assistance. On the way back, New Delhi hotel was very good. In all the hotels, except Good Luck, the staff members were very helpful.

    • Trip to Manali

I had booked a 5day trip to Manali for a couple through Getz destinations. I had been promised in writing a Honeymoon Suite room with Private Balcony by them in Golden Apple Resort. However when we reached they the Hotel gave us a ordinary room. I raised this issue with Getz Manager Mr. Jatin on the same day and subsequently to his subordinate Kavita however to no avail. When I raised this with the Hotel they were clear that only a ordinary room was booked. I had raised this Travel triangle representative Mr.Nitish as well however he did not respond nor did he bother to come back. Clearly this was offered just to get the customer with clear intent of non-fulfilling. The dinner and breakfast was ordinary as well. I am writing this as I am upset with the way these guys choose not to respond as they already had the full payment. I demand refund due to non fulfillment of commitment if this is a professional company. My recommendation - do not choose Getz and do pay in full.

I'm highly impressed with the level of services I've received at each point for our Manali trip by Travel Light (Tripmarlo) and TravelTriangle. From pocket friendly trip packages to easy payment process, from bus to cab boarding-deboarding, from hotel check-in to sight seeing. A special thanks to our travel consultant Kanhaiya Gupta who was responsive and personalised our travel package as per our comfort and requirements. Appreciate all the efforts he had put into making this trip easy and safe for girl travellers. Our cab pilot was punctual and shared alot of information about the place. A shout out to the Hotel Out Town located at the heart of Manali-Aleo with a scenic view of entire Manali at our feet and Snow top mountains at sky above. The hotel staff was very polite and generous. The breakfast and dinner served was delicious. This trip was only possible with constant efforts of your team and each step made it memorable. I'm extremely likely to refer them and book my next trip. Thank you.

Travel agents were professional and helped in all the time until our tour got finished. I got this package with a very reasonable budget. Hotel stay and service both were very satisfactory. I had faced a few issues with cab driver (Puppy Shimla), who was not very helpful. Manali stays and its beautiful landscapes from the hotel view was a great experience.

Mr and Mrs Negi both are very good human beings. We had a pleasant trip. Then never compelled us for payment. and Mrs Negi Instructed cab driver to dive carefully and safely. Hotel In Simla was very good but too far from the Simla (About An hour Journey). Hotel In Manali is good but we didn't like the food. They have delivered all the things as per the agreement. But we are not happy about Candle lite dinner. It could have been much better. If you want to have hassle free trip please go with drift 9 Travel Zone. But dont go with huge expectations. then you will enjoy the trip. Once again Thanks to Mr and Mrs. Negi.

    • Trip to Manali

Overall had a good experience except that the hotel provided to us at Manali was not as good as in Shimla. Also it took much more time communicating between all cities than mentioned in itenery like it took more than 10 hrs from Delhi to Shimla, more than 11 hrs from Shimla to Manali and more than 16 hrs from Manali to Delhi. It should have been mentioned beforehand. Our driver took us to a apple orchard near Manali which was very nice.

The agent we got contacted to was Samriti who was ever ready to answer all our questions and clrify our doubts patiently right from the very beginning like going through the different tour packages, inclusion and exclusion of more member to our team, payment issue and all. We feel lucky that she was there. The driver was from Karnal who was very good nad cool. The hotel in Shimla was nice. But the one in Manali was a little bit below our expectation. We had a great moment tht we will fondly cherished since it was our first family tour and nicely arranged by the Agent. Thank you Travel Triangle.Thank youAgent Samriti. Thank you Driver. Manali has quite a few markets that have very specific items that you can buy. At Manu Market near Mall Road, woollens are available for sale and are quite nice and quaint. There is also the Old Market that has a lot of souvenir items for sale. The Tibetan Market is a place for Tibetan handicrafts and jewellery. You could also pick up a jar of apple pickle, as it is local and delicious.
