We were offered 3* hotels as against the promised 4* hotels in couple of locations. Also, the last day planning was bad. We had to complete Tigers nets and come back to Phuntsholing the same day which was very hectic due to which we couldn’t complete the full Tigers nest hike. The food was good and Couple of hotels provided were very nice. The cab and guide were very good.

The itinerary prepared by Travel agent is beneficial only for the travel agency as it skips major tour attractions. The last day of the trip in Phuentsholing is just to increase the duration of the tour by 1 more night. Also the hotel booked in Phuentsholing and was cheap and did not feel like 3-star hotel. Except for driver and tour guide, the first Mantara hotel - most of the other things were not upto mark. Travel Triangle should make all the reviews of tour agent public for the travellers to make a better decision. Bhutan is beautiful and people are also nice.

The trip itself and the agent were quite decent but I've had a terrible experience with the travel triangle contact assigned to me. While booking the trip I used to get calls quite often for completing the booking but after the payments were done, the contact is not helping in sending over the TDS receipts for the trip.

Thank you for arranging such a fantastic trip for me. Everything went smoothly, from the accommodations to the activities and excursions. Your attention to detail and personalised recommendations really made the trip special. I was especially impressed with the quality of the hotels you chose for us. They were all in great locations and provided excellent amenities. The restaurants and local experiences you recommended were also top-notch and added a lot to our trip. Overall, I had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for putting together such a memorable trip. I will definitely be using your services again in the future and will be sure to recommend you to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

The driver was very hospitable and always had a smile. The guide was not very considerate. We did not like his attitude towards our requests. The explanations he gave regarding monasteries was inadequate and repetitive. We expected a more accomodative and patient guide

Right from the time I was contacted by GBS travels, Sunjive was on top of my request, understanding what I want to explore and constantly checking on me. No other travels who provided the quote showed the same enthusiasm and continuity. Right from the start of the trip, the guide and the driver were extremely helpful, well connected with the people and made us feel comfortable throughout. We enjoyed the beautiful place in Bhutan, the food and the chats. What we struggled was to have enough cash and only cash is accepted. So a little more knowledge on how much cash to bring would help. Scenic Bhutan, Rafting, the guide and driver, hot some bath, talking to Taktshang monastery., Ema Datshi, home style food

Mr Nitesh was very helpful throughout & always available for consultation over phone, hotels & itinerary were fine...barring the Oro Villa hotel at Thimpu being far from the market & main township ...the only glitch was the tour guide-- she had a nice smile& dressed well but her language skills & info about locales, forts, monasteries etc left much to desire..... overall wonderful trip... It was an amazing experience booking this trip with Green Zone Destination (GZD). The trip was well organized by Sharmila ji and near to perfect. She took care of everything and was very pro active in all her communications both before the trip and during the trip as well. She ensured that all problems / questions were answered and the trip experience was smooth. For example we were not happy with the food options in one of the hotels and we raised it to Sharmila ji. She immediately escalated the message to the hotel and we were treated with a wide spread of breakfast options in the next morning. The driver was calm and well behaved. The guide was quite knowledgeable. He provided insights / shared tales in all the places we visited. The best part was hiking to Tiger nest monastery. The view was breath taking. Overall very well planned. Kudos to GZD team and Sharmila ji :)

We booked a couple 6N/7D package for Bhutan via AD travels. The agent was polite in understanding my queries and customised the package as per our request be it hotels, itinerary etc. The main good thing about the travel package is the guide Jagannath who arranged for our stay in Thimphu, Punakha & Paro and was with us throughout out the trip. He was very courteous with us and handled everything safe & smoothly. He never acted in a money-minded way and put customer comfort as the top priority for any minor changes to the itinerary. Overall it was a pretty good experience with the AD travels team and the travel triangle helped us find them. We made some beautiful memories in Bhutan, trekking to Tiger's Nest and visiting Punakha Dzong were the highlights of our trip.

I recently had the pleasure of going on my honeymoon to Bhutan through KNG Tours & Travels, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Our tour guides, Mohan Prasad and Kuenga, were not only knowledgeable about the culture and history of Bhutan, but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was enjoyable and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Bhutan, Mohan and Kuenga made sure that we were comfortable and that all of our needs were taken care of. They showed us the most beautiful and serene places in Bhutan and helped us to fully immerse ourselves in the culture. They were also great at answering all of our questions and providing us with a deeper understanding of Bhutan. I would highly recommend KNG Tours & Travels, as well as Mohan Prasad and Kuenga, to anyone looking to visit Bhutan. They truly made our honeymoon a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget.
