      It was a great experience in Leh and Ladakh and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Although there were some hurdles because of rain and landslides which caused reschedules but everyone from the team, especially Shefali was really supportive to ensure that we are safe and sound and enjoy the trip as well. Experience of hotels provided: Although we had different hotels booked for different places but we stayed at one place only because of rain and landslides but we didn't regret missing out on other places as Shangaylay Place was really good. The food was delicious and we highly recommend it for its service. The veg pizza and veg cheese Maggie should definitely be tried from their menu. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel was mouth watering as well. Experience with Shefali as the travel consultant: Shefali was always proactive and quick to respond. She managed everything smoothly and ensured we had a great trip. She checked on us as well from time to time to ensure we receive best service and are safe and sound. Highly recommend Shefali as the travel consultant. Experience with Driver and Transportation: 5/5

      Travel experience with Tripita was Wonderfully organized, hassle free and smooth. All hotels were nice, one feedback for Hunder Eco Villa had issues with power backup, no power at night for almost 4hrs during our stay. In our room few lights weren't working. Shefali as travel consultant was Very helpful and too the point. Quick response to all queries and well versed with the geography of the location. Driver and Transportation out of 5 - 5/5 for Tenzing. He is an amazing driver, very polite, punctual and friendly. Would like to Book again with Tripita - Yes for sure. overall trip on scale from 1-5 - 4.5/5

      Stay was really good especially the accomodation in pangyong was exciting. Food was well taken care of during the entire trip with yummy food choices throughout the trip- Our driver was very cooperative and genial which made the ladakh trip joyous. He enthusiastically showed us all spots within ladakh and was very well behaved - Right from the beginning, Yugal was helpful in planning the right itinerary, Yugal also kept checking on us during our trip which made us further more assured- Definitely, will also recommend to friends- Ladakh is a serene place, the trip offered much needed break and fun during the 6 days we were in ladakh

      We liked each and every hotel suggested by Yugal – their services were great. The driver, Karma, was active and well aware of terrain and he was of great help too with each sightseeing spot. Yugal, as our travel agent, is very proactive, patient with our back and forth questions, has quite good network and contacts with hotels directly. He is very professional, enthusiastic about his work and very helpful and honest. He delivered beyond promised! We would definitely recommend him over any existing player (for example Amazing India) who might give you competitive price (or probably might not) but cannot provide seamless experience and he worked with us for 10 hours to plan out the whole itinerary as per our requirements. We would like to come back to Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra and recommend them to friends and family.

      Hotels were amazing but the cab got an issue( violent leak while going to pangong tao and we couldn't visit pangong which is one of the major attraction of Ladakh. Travel agent is helpful and there for us all the time but some good planning about vehicle and guidance about itinerary would have made our travel more pleasurable. We didn't ask for any refund etc as we don't want to end the tour with displeasure.

      Travel agent (Aman) was available on call and ready to help all the time during trip. Cab driver (Lobjang) is also a very experienced driver, followed all the rules and was driving in speed limit. A commendable job is done by Aman while booking hotels also.
