Idyllic Malaysia Tour Package 5 Days & 4 Nights

The pre travel experience was traumatic and pathetic. For one of the persons, there was a visa issue. Travel agent accepted the documents from us and said it will processed. But both times, it was rejected by embassy. Shows there was no prilminary check from the agent. With the travelling day closing in, eventually the clarity of visa getting processed was not clear untill the day of travel. The agent requested for a bribe of 5k to process the same. This was like if you dont pay 5k, we are risking Rs 2.90L of the trip We were left in lurch till Wednesday, whereas it was supposed to be hassle free tour. We got the visa rejection update on Friday and we resubmitted the documents within 1 hour on Friday. It was nerve wrecking experience on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. We eventually got the visa at 3pm on Wednesday (which is basically the travel day). Upon reaching malaysia, we found out on the 1st day that Petronas tower tour has been cancelled owing to no tickets. How unprofessional that was from Travel Triangle agents. The plan was given to agents some 20-25 days before.We have done past tours with Travel triangle, but this experience has to be worst one. this actually sums up why i willl not be availing facilities of TT in future. Hi Travel Traingle Team, Thank you very much for the fun and memorable trip that I had in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur & Langkawi) via Travel Triangle. Everything was very well organized, arranged professionally and worked out well for me. The communications of your team was excellent and very much impressed with the arrangements that they had arranged for me including airline tickets, hotel stay, transportation, tour itinery, visa process etc in such a short period of time.. The WhatsApp team were exceptionally active throughout the trip and gave us an immediate responses on time to time basis. Regarding tour itinery, The tour consultants covered all places as per the itinery and took us into the diversity of Malaysia. I witnessed many different things including forests, national parks, theme parks, islands, city tours, rivers, skyscrapers, beaches, malls, streets, markets, night lifes etc. I will give you the brief details of the places later which I have visited on each day. There was a good amount of activity on each day with not too much down time. Just enough to keep up my journal. The hotel stay in KL was lovely & clean and it’s very close to Chowkit monorail station which really helped me to explore the night life of KL city without spending much expenses on transportation, but not very impressed with the hotel stay in Langkawi. It’s a kind of an above average hotel stay in langkawi and sad part is it’s far away from Langkawi town, but this hotel had a very good scenic beauty with swimming pool facing towards mountains and rivers. Initially you guys promised me the stay in Adya Hotel which I preferred to stay, I followed up many of your team mates, but unfortunately they couldn’t make it. But both accommodations are far exceeded than my expectations, very good breakfast including Indian dishes and very friendly staffs. The good part is both the hotels allows me to do early check-in which really helped me for getting good sleep and aside from the actual trip I got an additional day to explore the city on my own. The best part of the trip was the tours & activities in Langkawi. Absolutely - definitely I will be recommending your tours and I will also be taking another in the future. We travelled for 7 days... They arranged private vehicle for us as per our request.. Cab drivers were friendly and gave valuable tips. Hotels we selected were really good. Trip was comfortable. Rocking trips did an excellent job Cons - They are very rigid with regards to the timings mentioned in our itinerary.. They hadnt obliged to extend the return time even by half an hour

Excellent! Every thing was perfectly organised. Mr.Sharad and Mr. Dev we're very punctual, very friendly and very helpful. The timings were well planned so that we could enjoy the trips fully without any rush or tension. Mr.Vaishnavs suggestions in customising the tour proved to be very helpful. Within the limited time of 4 days, we could comfortably visit most of the attractions in Kuala Lumpur and got enough time to roam around and do some shopping by ourselves.

Overall, we had a great stay at Langkawi especially the Berjaya Resort which is such a mesmerizing place to stay. We got a good support from travel triangle, smiling trips and the local travel agent in Langkawi(Oceanic Langkawi Holidays). Special thanks to Ankit from Smiling Trips for organizing the trip very well. Happy with the experience as it was our first trip and we enjoyed the stay at Langkawi.

It was really an amazing trip and a memorable one, arrangements and co-ordination during the entire trip was really appreciative. I must stress on the punctuality on the daily pick ups throughout the trip and ppl are so amazing. I’m sure I’ll come again to this site for my next trip. Overall it’s a fantastic one

Excellent plan and support provided by Bhavay for our Kuala Lumpur trip. It was smooth and seamless. We did not have to worry about anything. Everything was delivered as per what was agreed. Bhavay was on top of everything while planning the trip. He kept a constant check on us through out the trip. He also followed up post our trip for feedback. Overall it's a 5/5 from us.
