Singapore-Malaysia-Bali Honeymoon Packages

d stopped the person from giving the phone on time and delayed it. The way he spoke to us also wasn’t cordial. We also did not recieve any of our tourist vouchers on time and only got it after persistently asking it and it would reach us only 1 hour before the event. Even the shuttles thought they were in sharing basis would always come late. Being 10-15 mins late is fine but in a country such as Singapore where everyone are on time they were always late. But a plus is the drivers, they were very cordial. To end with the stay was great! But I felt if we weren’t connected with the Singapore team and the travel agent managed it solely it would have been better because talking with random people with zero hospitality and rudeness made our trip low.

e entire itinerary exactly around our requirements, especially keeping our toddler in mind, and within our budget. From hotels and timings to private transfers and activities, everything was planned just the way we wanted. A special shout-out to Mr. Sagar, who was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the planning. He was always available for even the smallest changes and attended numerous calls, including weekends and his days off. A big thanks as well to the local team — Akshay, Preet Upadhyay and Kashish — who were always just a call away in Singapore and Malaysia, helping us instantly with cab bookings, activity bookings and every little doubt we had during the trip. Everything from the visa process and bookings to transfers and on-trip support was smooth and hassle-free. We travelled with our little one, enjoyed every moment, and came back with a heart full of happiness and a camera full of beautiful memories! 🥰📸 Thank you, Kushark Holidays, Mr. Sagar, Akshay, Preet Upadhyay and Kashish, for making Yudhan’s 2nd birthday trip so memorable. Highly recommended! 🌏✈️❤️

s were never considered. They never listen to us, they just goes based on their own way. Never takes special requests…!!!!! Thankfully ruined the main purpose of my son’s birthday. Nothing arranged..!!!! Not a great experience..!!!!

sistance. Thank you, TravelTriangle and Lucky, for making our trip memorable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone planning a vacation.

y part of the trip and created many memorable moments. Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend your services to others and look forward to traveling with you again.

f follow ups. As a traveller main reason for a customized package was to have a trip as per our plan which was agreed by both parties. There was onground support provided, but following up multiple times was not a good experience which should definitely be improved. Vouchers should be shared atleast 2-3 days prior so that any discrepancy could be discussed and corrected before the travel and not have to follow up during the travel. There was effort put in by the team to solve the problems but having to do the follow up during the trip was an inconvience. Places visited , food were excellent.

e romantic beachfront dinner, and the Coral Island sunset cruise. Each experience made our trip more special and memorable. The arrangements helped us relax and enjoy our time together without worrying about the logistics. A big thank you to the team for their support and coordination throughout the trip. We truly appreciate the effort put into making our honeymoon a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning a hassle-free holiday in Phuket. Wonderful trip.

I would definitely recommend Tour Hunters and Sakshi Jaiswal to anyone planning a Bali trip. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

rom the planning stage until my trip was completed. His guidance helped make my Bali experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. What I appreciated the most was his support when I unexpectedly ran short of funds for my personal expenses while I was in Bali. Krishna went beyond his responsibility as a travel agent and helped me arrange the necessary funds at a time when I genuinely needed assistance. His willingness to help me even with something outside the normal scope of travel services showed his commitment to his customers. I sincerely appreciate Krishna Kumar Yadav and Auranaya Travel for their professionalism, reliability, and personal attention. Having someone trustworthy and easily reachable while travelling abroad gives you great peace of mind. Thank you, Krishna, for your excellent service and for being there when I needed help the most. I would happily recommend Auranaya Travel and Krishna Kumar Yadav to anyone planning a trip. Definitely 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Highly Recommended

t could have been better if separate pickup was arranged so that excessive waiting time could have been avoided by the first group members. The reason was the distance between the airport and the place of stay. The travel advisor could have arranged the itinerary in such a way that the first day was spent at a nearby place. Anyway, not a major issue. 2. Stay at Ubud: The property was good; the only issue was that it was not properly maintained. In two villas, the room fridge was not working. The next day, a mechanic was called, and he suggested replacement. Toiletries were not filled in before arrival; even the tea pouches were made available on request. Warm water was not available in some villas. The major issue was property selection; all members were entitled to equal amenities, whereas in fact, the villa configuration was different for two facilities. The tour organiser was aware of the same, and we were kept in the dark. 3. 07/09: The day was spent well. The driver arrived on time. No major issues. 4. 08/09: The sightseeing itinerary planning was OK. But faced issues at the new property. The rooms allotted were not accessible by lift, whereas members were having knee issues and were not OK with stairs. After a lot of persuasion, the rooms were shifted. It was specifically mentioned that since the group comprises senior citizens, either book the rooms on the ground floor or the lift should be accessible on the upper floor. If, after arrival, we have to manage that, why at all are we engaging a travel organiser is a moot question. 5. 09/09: The itinerary planning was poor. Returned to the hotel by around 3.30 pm; had to miss one scheduled activity as there was a gap of 3 hrs in the next item on the schedule, whereas the plan mentioned that it was till 8 pm. The planning was at fault. 6. While finalising the itinerary, the organiser missed one major activity of bali swing. It is an iconic activity associated with Bali. Don't know why it was not included. Secondly, in the itinerary, there is a reference to a volcano visit which was not covered. Further, at Nusa Penida: In the itinerary, it was mentioned to keep IRD 25K per person for the broken bridge, but we were taken to two places where, at each place, the entry fee of 25K was demanded, and we were short of cash. The driver had no idea about the speedboat, dropped us at a location too far away, and we had to walk more than one kilometre, whereas the nearest parking was available within walking distance (say, 50-100 meters) 7. 11/09: Early morning (4 AM) departure to the airport was not well coordinated. 8. Last but not least: In a foreign country, the driver is the sole communicator between travellers and the local community. We were told the driver cum guide would be English-speaking. We can understand the limitation, but communication skills are a critical factor and needs serious improvement. Being professional is different, but travellers need a companion during the trip, which was a major miss. Summary: We enjoyed the trip, but the experience could have been better. I would say that we deserve compensation for the deficiency of services we faced during the trip to restore our confidence in Travel Triangle to assign our future trips (this was 3rd trip we organised through Travel Triangle)

aking our trip memorable. See you soon at the next trip. nice trip.
