Overall very nice Mauritius trip. Very memorable and romantic too. Only problem is hotel authority is taking too much money for water even at the dinner or breakfast we tried to avoid taking water from them. Hotel is not beach facing but there is La Cauvette beach nearby so we enjoyed a lot there. Intune travels which is travel Triangle’s Mauritius partner they organised everything in a very proper way. We almost enjoyed all of the day as per the plan. Best memories .... 1. Beach side dinner organised by Veranda Grand bae 2. Parasailing 3. Speed boat ride to Isle Aux Cerf 4. Lion interaction In Casela park 5. Sitting together in a chair Of hotel premise in front of the sea with taking beer in our hand

Resort was really good. Food in the resort was great. The tour for North and South should have included better activities than just showing tea , ship mode factories and shopping malls. There was not even single water activity included as a part of package. However overall experience for the trip was good.

Swar's 6 days trip to Mauritius

I have a few suggestions to make, which will help Indian tourists visiting Mauritius: 1. Mauritius is a very expensive place and shopping can be avoided. Hardly anyting worth buying. 2. All tourists to be told to stock themselves with water bottles right on the first day itself while leaving from airport for their respective hotels. Enroute buy 1.5 ltr bottles from road side stores. The price in hotel for 1 ltr bottle is Indian 180 Rs and outside for 1.5 ltr is around 46 INR. 3. Hotels do have Gourmet restaurants for dinner - included in the package. However the catch lies that the tourists on package do not get time to book these, since booking is done between 1400 H to 1600 H, when the tourists are out. Hence Travel Agency has to sort it out with the hotel that on arrival the tourists be shown the Gourmet Restaurants menu, and let them select their preferences on arrival itself. Alternatively, Hotel should permit logging on preferences daily at the Reception when the tourists leave for their daily tour. Booking to be made for the next day. Gourmet food is much better than the normal buffet. 4. Mr. Ravi is an excellent organiser, but he is hard pressed. He does not have time to give to inidividual needs, though he always puts in more than 100%. There can be glitches. Hence, all details to be intimated by the Indian Counterparts well before the tour about what all to be seen - rates, contact numbers. We were cheated for the island tour by local operator. We stood our ground and insisted on refund. 5. Visit to the fort is a real waste of time and money. Nothing to see. It is better to utilise this for the tour of shopping centre. 6. The air tickets to be sent individual pdf for each sector. There can be disasterous issues. In our case, one part of return journey was on a different page, which some how never got printed. Resultantly, we could have missed our flight. Hence, send individual pdf. for example Marutius to Dubai. Dubai to Mumbai. And NOT ONE FILE, in our case a part of the tickets got lost in the print out. 7. Visitors to be briefed that there there is only one check in of baggage for the total journey. Otherwise, it is touch and go. Mauritius to Dubai and Dubai to Mumbai, there is only 1 hr gap. Passangers got to go throught immigration check and if the luggage has to be collected and re-booked, every chance of flight getting missed. BOUNDEN DUTY OF INDIAN TRAVEL AGENT TO BRIEF THE VISITORS IN ADVANCE. 8. Hotel has excellent facilities which are part of package like snorkelling, which we could not use. Hence, tour programme to be so organised that the hotel facilities are utilised free of cost on the first day - rather than we spend for snorkelling at other sites. 9. Indian visitors to be informed to carry additional tea bags, creamers and sugar sachets - if found of drinking more than 2 cups of tea. Hotel does not provide extra tea bags free.

It was excellent, all great places and very well organised by TT, However, the hotel rooms in Mauritius were not up to the price. May be that’s the way it’s there. No bathtubs in 4star hotel, no wardrobes, iron, etc. Scuba diving was really good, the resort we stayed was good with nice view

An overal good experience expcept for few things which include a misbhavior of our representative in Mauritius who never used to reply back messages. When complained about no response to India team the person indulged into a furious mode. Apart from this, everyday tour guide was different without any prior information on this, which is a security concern for tourists. The tour guide allocated to us was very rude and was alwqys complaining about our groups behaviour. The hotels were neat and clean, food experience was overall beat and hospitality of the hotel staffs wrre marvelous. Special thanks and regards to Mr Jeet Singh and his India team who were always reachable over whatsapp. Kudos to your efforts and will surely contact you for the upcoming trips.

Piya's 7 days trip to Mauritius

Positives - the hotel/resort was very good. The room (comfort apartment) was clean, spacious and comfortable although a little far from the resort restaurant and reception. The lighting in the rooms were low but I have already given that feedback to the resort manager. The food offerings at buffet was good and tasty but there was very few vegeterian options. Each night the dinner had a different theme and it was tasty. The WIFI worked very well inside the resort. The little private beach attached to the resort is very useful and enjoyable. The glassboat ride provided by the resort was fun and they accomodated us despite a last minute booking. Overall the resort is very good and I would reccomend to others. Location of the resport (Grand Baie) is also close to market so a short taxi ride of 5 mins (150 MUR) can get you to shops and restaurants. In summer its very hot to walk even that 1 km. Best to buy water can from the supermarket (SuperU) because its not provided free at the resort. 5L water can costs 65MUR whereas 1.5L costs 35MUR. Negatives - the tour organizers were very average and bot good atall. The bus arrived late on all days. The first day drop to hotel from airport was delayed by 1 hour as we waitied for the bus! All the group arrived by the same flight so there was no delay from teh group. The speedboat ride back from Ile Aux Cerfs was delayed by 40 mins and the entire group had gathered on time but the boat was missing so we had to wait in scorching sun for 40 mins! During teh Ile Aux Tour the bus stopped at an adventiure sports place and we had to wait for 3-4 hrs for those who wanted to do adventure sports. THis was not told to us earlier and we wasted time. Also no provision to buy lunch anywhere during the Ile Aux Cerfs tour day. Very badly managed and we were made to wait in a cramped place with no air conditioner in 38C heat for 3 hours! The cost of adventure sports were more expensive than in Ile Aux Cerfs! This is a total scam! There was no guide on 2 days of the tour - North Tour and Ile Aux Cerfs. Only for South Tour day guide was there for the whole day. The SIM card offered by the agent had no data plan and only local calls could be made.
