I had a very great experience somewhere in between we faced a language problem but apart from it we enjoyed our trip and our travel agent helped us alot and am very thankful for it.

We were on our honeymoon, our bookings were made by ALS destinations. Overall experience was great, from online booking till our return trip from Bali & Singapore. One issue was with my "romantic candle light dinner" at Queens (Bali) which was just a "normal dinner" (reduced star ratings because of this experience) didn't like it at all. Except this everything went smooth and as per the plan. Our initial stay at Umar Villa, Ubud was awesome (highly recommended)!!! Also, I would like to mention about our driver Suwantara Wayan, who is not just a good driver but also a good photographer, we just loved his company. At last, I would recommend travel triangle for any international vacation one may plan from India; the staff (Pooja, Bhoomika, Manpreet) were quick to respond all our queries. Both Bali and Singapore are great place to visit. We loved our trip to Lembongan Island through cruise

overall trip experience was good..nice arrangements and services but it could be better at some places..as per our package amount we were hoping for more luxurious arrangements especially hotels and transportation else rest was good like agent behaviour, cooperation, responsibility wise and for all those parameters it's A+. Just felt that our asking price was quite high as per the services offered.

I had promised that Driver will english speaking guide but he had very poor knowledge English as well as Hindi Our service provider was demanding extra charges for travel more than 10 hours which we were not knowing that Driver will drive only for 10 hours. Our Mumbai agent did not informed us. Our Mumbai agent sushant not attended a single phone from us. I am very much regret to say that hotel Ramadha’s service was very poor. Eden hotel was the best and villa was ok not so good and travel triangle service is best n very much concerned staff Bali was super place with awesome natural beauty. We can say it is heaven on the earth

- Had to book few thing on my own after a lot of to and fro communication. - Coordination between the agency and the vendor in bali does not look good. - Booking person was good but somehow things did not work out as it should. - Water sports activity vendor in bali was not good. Did not enjoy it.

The experience with Travel Triangle was really very good. The Felix Faria team (Taruna and Jaya) listened to all our concerns carefully and took actions immediately. Resort & private pool villa both were awesome. It was a memorable holidays for both of us. Even the cab driver was polite but never came with us for photography or guidance (as told by our Indian agent that he will act as a local guide for us). Overall very good experience, I will recommend this agency to my friends as well. Stay at private pool villa was one of its kind. Lembogan Island and Cruise ride were also amazing. Parasailing & scuba diving were life time experience for us (paid extra for both as agency didn't included them) .... Overall amazing trip!!!! Cheers.

The agent was very responsive until the end moment and it was very smooth trip without much hiccups. I would definitely recommend the agent to anyone who is planning. The giant swing and the jungle and the jungle safari + monkey forest were the highlights of my trip.

Our trip was good ,all the activitis in the itenary has been covered,some issues we have faced was reply after confirmimg the trip was slow ,activity voucher awareness wasn't informed early through whatsup or informed properly as i have taken hotel voucher early if informed properly stress at that moment would have been reduced, it caused some delay in doing the activities ,rooms could have been closer to activities,some procedures like day exact schedule point by point if informed early we would have been more aware and freeup ,candle light dinner arrangement was very good but the food taste is below average though the setup and food was arranged by the hotel travel agent mentions in the discussion as beach dinner would be bad within the hotel will be good as considering the point food was very much dissappointing ,overall it was wonderfull experiences in bali definetely a memorable trip.

It was an amazing experience. Everything was well planned. It was our 1st International trip, but we never faced any issue. Abhinav from Galaxy travels helped me in making the perfect itenerary for Bali. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly. I and my wife just thought of going to Bali over some random conversations and yeah in a day we already a itinerary for Bali! This is was our first trip with travel triangle and absolutely loved it. It was hassle free and no glitches anywhere. The hotels were good and the vehicle provided was good. The driver was also a local guide who was really friendly and always punctual. The trip to Nusi Penida island was the best of all the places we visited! Just amazing! We only explored the west part. Next time hoping to visit East.

Regarding Ab Tourism:( SPOC: Mr Rajul ) Booking Experience: * * * * * ( 5 Star for the service ) The trip was smooth and found the service provided by AB tourism ( particularly Rajul ) was fantastic. They provided quick response to my queries right from the day one, be it in India or in Bali. We had to postpone the trip to Nov last week from Oct because of personal issues and the things were taken care without any hassle by AB tourism. Definitely recommend and looking forward to book again from them. Accomodations: * * * * * ( 5 Star for the service ) Hotel Neo+ Kuta. 5 star for the ambience , hospitality and breakfast. Ubud Heaven Sayan Villa: Accomodations and staff communication were fantastic, Private villa is very calm , clean and beautifully surrounded by nature. Didn't had much options for Breakfast but can be managed. Trip / Transfers: * * * * * ( 5 Star for the service) Mr Yasa, was an awesome driver. Everyday on time to pick up for the day itenary. Also, he helped to re-plan the itinerary which otherwise would have missed our " Candle light dinner" The local agent in Bali were very cooperative and quickly responded to all our queries as well. Last day airport drop made us worry because driver didn't turned up even after 40 min , but local agency there managed to quickly arrange the nearby driver who dropped us to airport on time. We could visit everything in itenary and did not missed anything thanks to the driver. Watersports , Cruise dinner , Uluwatu temple , nusa penida tour are the most enjoyed one. What didn't go well. 1) Beach Side Candle light dinner: Food was worst and it was like for name sake. Overall: Great service by AB tourism and definitely recommend and look forward to book with them again. ====================================================================================================== Below Feedback you may chose to include in website for review or not , it's up to you. Things to Consider ( What could be improved ) For AB Tourism: 1) Kelingking beach at nusa penida should be visited first and should be given time to play in the beach 2) Plan the itinerary so that places can be visited on the way. 3) What is promised in Final Quote should be there in Itenary. Cruise dinner was missed in itenary which i had to whatsapp / email multiple times to get included and the travel insurance which was not provided until last minute. Please dont give last minute headache to customers. 4) Also , please provide the fares for watersports from local agents as it will always help customer to plan the extra activities in advance. For Travel Triangle: 1) Please be responsible for the service you provide. Don't think that once you connect customer with agents your job is done. I believe ,you still have the responsibility to provide updates regarding the trip which includes a) whether the customer have received the vouchers ( i had not received land package voucher until last day )\ b) I had postponed the trip by one month and my trip status in website / app is not updated even after sending the email that i am going to postpone the trip and most annoying thing is i am getting automated email that my trip is completed and asking for feedback. c) No effort made to call the customer for the updated trip details. Once the convenience fee is paid then no support from travel triangle. d) Please dont take my phone communication as complaint to the Agent. Agent has done good job on his part. It is the travel triangle , who has not provided the satisfactory service. ( Example: Even after completing the trip details including dates / hotels details are not updated in invoice). I heard your company has good reputation in Bali and please dont let it go down by making these mistakes with customer. ====================================================================================================== Thanks, Rakesh
