Trip Date : 09/07/2022 to 17/07/2022 Hotels and Cabs were excellent. Travelling with them around Ladakh was great, it would have been nicer if they would have started early as we were not able to stop for photographs and had to avoid many places due to time limits. As the trip was planned long ahead proper communication with the drivers should have established earlier so that our choice of places to visit could have been more clear and well informed so that they would have planned accordingly. All though not much of suggestions, but since Ladakh is a region were mobile network is very limited or NO Access to service, proper instructions should have been given to the drivers and the hotels pre-booked of our arrival and departures. Hope people reading this understand it and properly plan for the future bookings.

Landed in a bit on confusion, initial 1/3 amount was paid on travel triangle portal, rest 2/3 asked to be given directly to the agent. No proper accountability here. Definitely not a good practice on the long run. Had some cab issues..sent a old Innova initially then changed to white board. Later all sorted but wasn't peaceful initial two days.

Shefali extended all possible help and support and curated a wonderful trip for us in Ladakh. Although the itenary was prepared by myself, Shefali suggested a couple of changes which helped save travel time and allowed us to spend more time at the destinations. All the hotels that she had suggested were superb and the local person who took care of travel arrangements in Ladakh was extremely helpful as well.
