Firstly, the itinerary provided was well-planned and covered some of the most stunning destinations in the region, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. The transportation arrangements were comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our car Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the local culture and history. The accommodations were generally good, though a few could benefit from better maintenance. For instance for Pahalgam stay. However, the locations of the hotels were excellent, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The food provided during the trip was delicious, and it was a great introduction to Kashmiri cuisine. However, I would suggest offering more variety, especially for travelers with dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I appreciate the effort your company put into organizing the trip. I look forward to traveling with you again and hope the points mentioned will help enhance future tours. Thank you for making this trip special!

Hotels provided in Pahalgam and gulmarg were good but in srinagar, The hotel Dar rehman was below par. Rooms were small, not cleaned, in one room there was no hot water and in other room every outlet was having boiled water even in jet spray. Extra beddings were not comfortable at all. We asked them to replace the extra bedding but they did not replace it and said that's all they have got. Blankets were not clean and after repeated requests to travel agency they did not changed the room or hotel. Travel agency were also not responding on times. And in the end when we asked them to drop at pathankot in place of Jammu, they asked for rupees 10000 for just 100 km. So overall Kashmir is very beautiful place but our experience with Travel agency and hotels were mixed. Won't recommend the agency to others they even charged extra for our child even after mentioning in the itenary and denied accepting that the child was included at all.

Everything was exceptionally good. A special thanks to our coordinator shahid to manage last moment plan change in pahalgam due to heavy snowfall. He has coordinated very well during crisis. Without his pro driving skills we would have end up in big trouble in the snowy evening of Pahalgam trip. Hats off to the whole team Fathima, Shadid and Touqeer. We were travelling to Pahalgam from Gulmarg and on the way heavy snowfall started. We enjoyed a lot initially. Created a lot of memories but soon it became a nightmare when we got stuck on the road for more than 10 hours due to roadblocks. It was a thrilling night. But Touqeer has managed to somehow drive in the slippery road and finally we reached Pahalgam without any major issues. It was a night to remember forever.

Overall experience was good. At Pehalgam we stayed at The Villagio as the one was chosen by us it was the best hotel. The hotel at Srinagar was Golden Sands which lacked good breakfast, dont forget to carry Shower gel, tooth brush etc. and warm clothes as they only provide a soap and Shampoo pouch and heater only from 7 to 10 and few hours in morning otherwise u have to manage with blankets. The driver Nasir was good in nature, apart from few hicups all was great and accomodating reporting to his boss every small thing .. our Tour guide Ms. Rida was always supportive, guiding us and always atttentive to our cause, even on sunday and one day where she needed to intensively communicate with transporter. We are satisfied with the response time and the services. However she did nt fulfill her promise of complimentary honeymoon package (Just a cake though) may be due to christmas eve.
