Details on our trip to Bhutan The trip to Bhutan was 6th to 12th may 2023. Trip organized by Ms KNG travels. The travel arrangements and the planning was very good. The coordination with all the teams went off very smoothly and we did not have any issues during the trip. Our hosts KNG were very cooperative and Ms Tara and Mr. Bimal form KNG met us in Thimphu. The driver Chencho was very good. The guide Sonam is also very cooperative and had an excellent attitude. He did explain quite a bit but I think he needs more experience in handling things. He should read more and be able to explain details on each place adequately. There were places where we could not absorb the culture. Positives 1. Very well coordinated 2. Hotels were good in Bhutan. 3. Very friendly people. 4. The costs were reasonable except for daily taxes. Negatives 1. Hotels in India both at Jaigaion – Hotel Sheetal and Hotel Orbit in Bagdogra were below par. 2. With three people sitting side by side all through it was at times uncomfortable. The vehicle is not adequate for trips were there are long journeys especially in mountains. It was definitely small Suggestions 1. You should do a bit more research for the Indian side. Maybe travel triangle could help its tour operators on the same. 2. Please give details on expenses including unforeseen elements, I am saying this is because in Bhutan every transaction is in Cash and you cannot fall back on cards if there is a problem. Please spell out things on what could be ticket costs, tipping norms, daily food expenses, contingencies, etc

Bhutan trip was peaceful and mystic journey, had a peaceful week with less of traffic, less of panics, less of stress, less of nuisance. All this possible because of our travel agent (Bhutan GBS), who made our trip hassle free, thanks to Sanjeev (Travel Agent owner) for arranging all in advance, Thanks to Sharab (Driver Friend) for smooth driving and his patience , Thanks to Yeshey Dorji (Super Guide), who have knowledge on Culture and Birds. Thanks to Bhutan Government for preserving the Nature, Culture and promoting their Nation and Buddhism. It was our 10th Wedding anniversary, GBS arranged a surprise cake for us, which was a sweet gesture and made our anniversary memorable.

This was our first experience with Travel triangle and we booked our trip to Bhutan. We got lot of options to select the travel agency and we opted 'flying fox'. Initially we were very skeptical about the travel, itinerary etc but Mr.Yogi from Flying fox helped us by patiently providing clarification for every details asked by us. It was a well planned Itinerary for a group of 3 for 7N. Package included stay, full-time guide and private car to take us around. Mr.Kinley (guide) explained about the culture, place etc in very nicely. Appreciate the knowledge and love he had on his country. Overall a memorable trip for us with lot of fun, amazing places and good food. Thank you travel triangle for the wonderful trip.

The overall trip was great. Our agency Bhutan Inc coordinated very well with us and always provided timely updates. They provided with insurance and e-permit beforehand so that it took us just 10 mins for our entry. The Bhutan immigration office is open from 6 AM to 11 PM. So make sure that you reach there well within the time range as it can sometimes take time depending on the volume. All they need is your passport and copy of your insurance, nothing else is required if you have your e-permit pre-made. The overall travel cost was high due to entry fees for every dzong and monastery (approx Rs. 1000 per monastery per person). Punakha Dzong and Tiger Nest are a MUST VISIT. You should definitely buy the passes and visit them. Dochula Pass and Chelela Pass are beautiful. Please do not forget to add them to your itinerary. We visited during New Year, and it was freezing, so make sure you have all your woolen clothes and inner. Most of the hotels have heaters, so it will be a comfortable stay. Hotels : White Dragon in Punakha is not recommended (bad wifi and heaters) and Namgay Resort in Paro is HIGHLY recommended. Overall, a great experience.

Damber from The AD Tours and Travel was our agency contact for the entire trip, he was highly available to customize this trip for us as per our interests and likes. All the issues we had with Guides were quickly addressed and resolved by Damber himself. We covered Bhutan exactly the way we planned for and Damber made should we have all good experiences and happy memories. Special mention for driver Dorgie, he was amazing and always available/handy for any asks. If Damber is coordinating your trip, stay assured nothing will go wrong.

I visited Bhutan with my family. The tour was customized to my needs and an awesome experience! We enjoyed our stay in one of the world's happiest and most beautiful countries. As a tour operator, Manish did a great job and made this trip memorable. Our driver Guruji and guide Tendin (Tiger) were the gems of the people. Tiger explained Bhutan's places, history, and culture and truly made this tour spiritual for us. I recommend them for a great Bhutan trip at highly affordable rates.

Bhutan GBS Tours and Travel services were excellent. They went an extra mile to see that we did not face any difficulties when our flight was postponed by one day due to Covid 19. All the hotel rooms were nice and comfortable . Our special thanks to Sunjive Subba and Zango who made our itinerary as per our interest. They also made sure that we buy masks and hand sanitizer so that we do not put our life at risk. When we landed we had an apprehension about the travel agent services but the moment we landed in Paro we were greeted by a smiling person who took us everywhere for the next nine days. Best memories was the river rafting and the hike to tiger nest along with the family

This was a trip of a lifetime and it did not disappoint. Phujikka Valley and Tiger Nest were an amazing part of the trip. We wish to express our thanks to the Bhutan INC tour. We traveled for 8 days with them from Paro, Thimphu, Punakha/Phobjikha with their guide and driver. Everything was well organized. We faced some problems at the start of the travel because of the lack of a guide in Bhutan but Bhutan INC managed well. We were very happy with the hotels we stayed in. Our guide Karma and Tashi was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to get along with. Experience with Driver Tshering was very good. The guide and driver worked very hard to please us every day, choosing nice restaurants for every meal, he was flexible with working hours and making changes to our itinerary. Our driver was experienced and we never felt unsafe on the mountain roads. Overall, we would highly recommend Bhutan INC. If you are planning any sort of tour in Bhutan.
