        Loved the stay in karam gold in Srinagar, Marina in Tanmarg, Villago in phealgum. Had great food there. But stay in gulmarg resort and Akbar guesthouse were not up to the mark.

        On our way to Gulmarg, snow fall started and every vehicle was attaching chains to their tyres and proceeding forward but our driver and TMIC agency refused to take us forward and said that he will not chain his vehicle and we would have to hire another vehicle on our personal expense when their commitment was to drop to our hotel but they abandoned us midway even after paying the whole package amount. They should have provided us a new chained vehicle to reach the hotel but they didn't take any responsibility. We searched for many vehicles but didn't get any help from the agency. Due to this, we got late and the way to Gulmarg got closed due to bad weather conditions and we were stuck in Tanmarg. I requested the agency for help and asked to book any hotel in Tanmarg for the night because we were freezing on the main road and had nowhere to go. They refused to book any hotel and didn't take us back to Srinagar as well. They left us on the main road and told us to book hotel on our own expense. This happened after paying very expensive full package amount. We were freezing and helpless on the Tanmarg main road. We somehow managed to book a hotel room but it was very expensive so I asked for refund of some amount to reduce my personal loss but agency has till date not refunded any money to me. Any good agency would have booked a new chained vehicle or helped us book any hotel room or provided refund for loss but this agency didn't do anything. I would never recommend TMIC to anyone.
