Thank you travel triangle and touriz holidays for making our trip memorable and overall experience was superb. But please provide information regarding any festival and yatra to passengers before planning for a trip.Because there was too much traffic problem due to yatra and around dal lake which left us exhausted at the end of the trip. Also try to provide better veg food to the travellers because in Pahalgam and Srinagar proper (breakfast , dinner)and tasty veg food was not available for vegetarians. Privacy of couple was also an issue as the curtains in rooms and bathrooms were somewhat transparent in Home 2 and Divine In and too much noise was there as our rooms were in front. Tour was awesome, hotel in Srinagar and boat house was not upto the expectations. Had added Candle light dinner, cake and saffron milk in the package but only a small piece of cake was delivered on house boat. Information was provided to travel agent and house boat supervisor but finally didnt receive it

Dear team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunate experience I had with our travel consultant, Kibra from Zippgo travels. Despite having a positive previous experience with Travel Triangle, this time I encountered several issues. Kibra made commitments and provided services that were different from what was initially agreed upon. Despite our requests for detailed information and assurances during the payment process, she assured us that everything would be taken care of. However, during the trip, these commitments were not fulfilled, and when we tried to address the issue, she blocked our contact numbers and stopped responding. I believe it is essential to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against Kibra. I liked the Gulmarg hotel the most, then the Srinagar hotel and then others. Given th weather (Nov month) I think Boathouse can be skipped. I would say trip coordinator - ABEEHA ji from Trek De Kashmir is a fantastic lady. She provided accurate and detailed inputs on all aspects. She was available from the time of booking till the end of trip. Most importantly she managed to get us passes for phase 2 of Gandola / Cable Car in Gulmarg, which was the only reason we could experience snow during our trip. Overall she managed to provide a really seamless experience.

We had a great experience of Kashmir trip, we enjoyed a lot. Drive Mr. Umar is brought us safely to all the places we wanted to see. He was very friendly and helpful in any situation Thank You Mr. Umar and Proxima Holidays for such a wonderful trip.

Food vegetarian at Srinagar first day was good..rest other need improvements..Cab driver was ok but left unattended at Anarkali house boat abandoned. om parking .We lost 1 hour clueless..Food at all places need to have better cooked .. Overall tour was average..Cab service and food are not uptothe satisfactions..There was foul smell outside hotel at pahalgaon..

The location and service provided by the travel agent and driver was outstanding… Driver especially took care of us very well and was available to help us out as always. Gulmarg hotel stay alone was not upto the rating as bathroom and bed were dirty… We had an amazing experience with memories… thanks to everyone who helped us and worked in the background to make this trip a success…

Booked a tour package for Kashmir, had a great experience. From Tickets to hotels to driver, everything was booked and managed by the team. Saima and Shebu helped me through out the process and were available on call everytime.

All the accommodations were great except the hotel at Pahalgam. The hotel was unclean and unhygienic. The food they have made us fall sick. Honeymoon cake was promised, but it wasn’t provided. The driver - Yaseen was really kind and he helped us get the ORS solution and tablets when we fell sick. He is the best

Travel designers India agent Ikra service is good. She helped to plan the itenary and open to do the customisation as per our need. Travel driver yaseen is very much co operative and friendly. Throughout the trip he maintains this friendly behaviour and kept us safe. He's always ready wherever and whenever we want to go. Due to natural calamities our itenary is collapsed in last few days. Travel designers are ready to change the itenary as per the need. But they forgot to send the updated itenary to us. In the beginning of there is a miscommunication from travel agent to driver which leads to some mess up. Apart from that everything is good from travel designers. Gulmarg gondola ride is great. Sonamarg scenic view is nice. Shikara ride is good. Royal park hotel is very nice. Wild flower villa hotel is average. Victoria house boat is decent and nice. Royal milad property is also nice and good. Our driver yaseen bhaiya is very friendly.

Enjoyed a trip with Kashmir Boulevard Tour Travels. Our trip coordinator Henat is very helpful and cooperative even after work hours. Solved all queries raised in between. I recommend Kashmir Boulevard Tour Travels for all Kashmir trips. - Kashmir Boulevard Tour Travels is a very good agency. Value for money. - Hotels provided are good except Srinagar - Gurcoo residency - we never got hot water during the 2-day stay even after multiple complaints. (Srinagar temperature was almost 0 - 5C) Even lot many travelers were complaining the same. But the hotel staff is good, they assured to manage hot water via buckets if the guiser will not work. - Pahalgam Hotel - Himalayan hills is excellent. But 12 km far from Pahalgam. - Houseboat stay is an awesome and a very good experience. It was a royal houseboat. - Akbar houseboat - But the only problem is food. No taste at all. - Cab and driver: The car was good and the driver was also good, but you can ask for a better driver who can help you like a guide during your trip. We have missed a few of sight scenes just because of the driver. He was always in hurry to drop us at the hotel and leave for home. Always refuses when we ask to get us to some place during sightseeing. (Thanks Henat to manage and inform the driver to cooperate with us). As we are visiting these Kashmir locations to spend quality time and experience some mountains and snow, not to stay in hotel rooms. But just because of the driver we missed a lot many things to explore. So while booking, please ask for a good driver.
