            Had an amazing experience on my trip to Kashmir. Travel agent Miss Aesha from Breezy travels was also very co-operative and 24X7 available for any kind of assistance. Everything was nice except our stay at Anarkali Houseboat stay at Nigeen lake. That was horrbile. Pathetic food.. no power back up.. extreme cold.. waste of time service by Houseboat staff. Please avoid stay in Houseboat in winters specially. Rest all was extremely good.

            Hotels given at Srinagar (Hotel Bruj),Pahalgam (Shabnam resort) and house boat stay are not upto expected maintenance and felt like not worth stay at my package. Coz out of my 6 night stay I got only 1 night stay excellent at Gulmarg (Apple tree resort) all other stays are not satisfied. I suggest people when you get these hotels mentioned please ask for change of hotel. Travel agent after knowing that am solo female travelling still gave me such hotels which are not recommended. Overall I can suggest this app when someone is traveling solo and can't find things around and group of PPL who cannot put much affort on ground work to have the information collected can go with this app but make sure you ask and check everything very clearly before booking. Once you pay the amount don't expect any attention from travel agent or the travel traingle assigned advisor. In my case advisor did not even tried to reach me before booking or after booking... when I called him he told a story saying tried to reach me out but I didn't pick the call but I did not understand why not a massage to me saying the same. But one thing...as I was solo female I had lot of fear of safety.....I am happy that it was safe all around. Anyways thanks to the travel agent (Heena) atleast she arranged good cab and driver.

            The hotels were not informed clearly by the travel agent Travel Angle (Shaukat) about the no of pax resulting in waste of time, energy and money, specially at Hill Top hotel (Gulmarg). There was an ann hour and half delay in checkout and we have to bear additional expenses of 6k over and above the final value. We have been told that the payment will be done since 29th Dec, but not yet done. Kindly look into it and get this sorted. Pahalgam hotel Walnut Creek had no view at all as there was a construction carried out next to it, it was not informed to us in advance. After raising the point they said they will change the room the next day and will offer additional/double services to us, which were just words and no actions. Cab driver was the best and over all experience was decent barring these 2 compromises.

            Till gulmarg my experience was great.on reaching pahalgam the hotel provided was below par level..after speaking to my agent no response for 2 days..houseboat in srinagar was excellent..the driver provided to me for sonmarg was very rude n behavior later on deteriorated...both gulmarg hotel n houseboat was chosen by me..only pahalgam I had left on the agent for which I was deeply disappointed Kashmir in itself is picturesque..so mesmerized by its beauty
