      1. Our stay was really good everywhere and food was also manageable (though, we found pahal gaon hotel’s food as one of the best in our trip) 2. Both drivers were really good but 2nd one was very co-operative and easy going 3. She was very co-operative and approachable as whatever issues we had she resolved them quickly. She also made us understand the best package deal for us. 4. Definitely, we will book with lazyyatra again. Our experience was good 5. One of the best thrilling trip of our life whole trip is memorable

Out of all the hotels … Chuttuk heights and Sangalay resorts were good others were very mediocre … we also had to change one hotel Yashmin which was very bad and due to this shifting and all we lost some good time which could have been spent in tourism plus the trouble the family had to take with elderly people. Even the hotel Mehtab palace was bad … no warm water coming in morning plus the flush was not working for us Coming to the tempo traveller one was very old , dilapidated and smelly. Just two cents of request from travellers like us - pls do recee of these properties before you give it to us because we depend on travel agencies like you when we go out for vacation. It should be a good experience for us and we should not carry back these bad experiences . Chuttuk palace and sangalay were some good properties … the staff was also good where we had good time Both the tempo drivers were also very good natured

Ladakh was an awesome experience. Would rate the driver and Leh hotels 5 stars for their service friendliness and customer care. Experience at Kashmir is better forgotten due to poor driver experience who practically spoilt the whole experience. Travel agent - Cesta is very good. Responds fast and delivered what he promised!

Santa Singh organized our week-long trip to Leh-Ladakh in July 2022 very well. Right from briefing us about the packages and to-do lists before the trip to being flexible to our demands during the trip - we could count on Santa and he never failed to deliver. When one of the hotels couldn't accomodate us due to a last-minute technical snag at their end, Santa helped us to get an upgrade at a very short notice. Also, we requested him to arrange for a bigger vehicle after reaching Leh and he got it done very quickly. In Pangong as well, as the weather was very harsh, he helped us get an upgrade to cottages (as our original plan was to stay in tents). Looking forward to exploring other places with Travo Guider

During my 10nights 11days tour I am satisfied except following 1.Hotel Khardongla at Leh is below standard hotel. Breakfast and dinner was below standard. 2. Your representative at Leh was Mr. Mustafa is a soft spoken person and professional. But in one incidence for which I am restrain to give him full marks. On the 2nd night my daughter fell sick. I was very much anxious. Even though I did, 't disturbed him in the night. Next morning when I rang him several times, he did not pick up phone and even not call back. However with the help of driver Mohsin I took her to hospital. In all other issues I am satisfied with you. Thanks

Was a very pleasant and well managed trio.Amazing India Routes managed the travel very well. The driver provided was really good. One issue where the travel iteniary had to be reaccomodated due to tensions in Kashmir was not well handled by Travel Triangle initially. But after contacting multiple times they finally agreed to modify the iteniary. Times where such unforseable circumstances need to be addressed show how reliable the customer service are. Apart from this 1 issue was a smooth experience.

Would like to appreciate Niharika from Travel triangle and Pooja from Holiday Excel for organising and making changes at last moment due to revocation of article 370. Just few things spoiled the experience of the trip. Hotel Monal Manali was the worst hotel ever, we got better facility at camps in remote locations than this hotel. Broken door locks, no toiletries, no light bulbs, paper plates for food, n glasses than stink more than public washroom. Our driver from Leh to Sarchu( Imtiaz ) being a local we expected little guidance from him regarding which places are best to visit at what time. Also he changed the order of visiting few places which resulted in we missing the light and parade at Hall of Fame. Stay at hotel ladak palace and late night games with frds in camp. Thanks for making it possible.

Well planned and organised itinerary, with good transport facilities arranged. Except for the Lake Victoria house boat which was the worst house boat ever seen and the hotel in Srinagar which was not up to the mark of a 3 star, rest were good. The hotel in Leh specially Grand Ladakh and Upala and Kargil were very good with good hospitality. Organic Inn and Nubra had plenty of empty rooms don't know why they charged Rs.2000/- for a date change. Overall satisfied with the trip. The drivers who accompanied us from Srinagar to Leh and for the entire Leh trip were very good and impressive. Special mention of Karma who was the driver in Leh. He was exceptional and very good.
