I recently had the pleasure of working with Shreya from Back2Holidays for my trip to Lonavala, and I can confidently say she made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Pros : From our first interaction, she was attentive and knowledgeable, quickly understanding my preferences and tailoring the itinerary to match. She provided excellent recommendations for accommodations and activities, ensuring we made the most of our time in Lonavala. Her attention to detail was impressive; every aspect of the trip was well-organized, from transportation to dining options. Throughout the trip, Shreya remained accessible for any questions or last-minute changes as well as charges

The trip and all the arrangements are good nothing issue on that part but the hotel you choose is not satisfactory. 1) No kitchen available 2) They insisted only for paid water bottles initially 3) Limited breakfast options available & quantity (means they are purchasing from outside & then provided to guests) Rest all is good. It was a memorable trip for all the guest. Tour manager SHREYA ji assist very well.

I had good experience with travel triangle, this is the third time I booked a package with them , everytime they surprise me with there full effort of reaching thr customer satisfaction,..I had good time in mumbai, the package was satisfying with covering all the sightseeing places . Apart the transport vehicle alloted was not expected, I loved it . The driver was very polite and helpful in all ways. Sir Udit who booked my pacakage was very supportive and did whatever help needed just on call. Thank you Udit. And thank you travel triangle for making my trip memorable

Let's go point-wise w.r.t the feedback: 1. The hotel, being a 3-star, did not met with the standards expected. I didn't expected a 3-star with a lavish ambience, decorated rooms, top-quality room service, etc. My expectation was a simple but full-fledged service. The hotel didn't know about my package booking as a result, they rose questions about free breakfast. Each time I had to clarify my self about the utilities included in the package and made me angry at point of time. Don't worry, I didn't shout on any employees of the hotel. 2. As this was my first honeymoon tour, the room decoration on valentine's day was very shabby. When I reached to my hotel room at night, all the balloons had fallen from the ceiling and adjacent walls. I and my wife made efforts to fix it. 3. The cake selection by the hotel service was very cheap. It was valentine's day and my first honeymoon tour, and those guys handed the black forest birthday cake with no garnishing on it. The waiter handed the cake with the matchbox and when I asked the reception to provide some candles, he said, "Sorry sir, that's not in your package". Candles? Package? seriously? I was like, what's the meaning of matchbox then? 4. The reason why I'd choose you is to strictly compare the cost of the tour, in person. If I draw a chart of personally-guided tour Vs third-party scheduled tour, the expenses that indulge shows major deviation. Of course, the package you'd pitched contains your margin but up to 50% was not expected. 5. Too much of your miscommunications with me and with the hotel staff. Some good experiences: 1. The driver was punctual, well mannered and informative with the places we visited. Respect for him. 2. Pro-activeness of our employees won my heart. As a conclusion, I would now think twice before approaching you. First, I'd thought of my Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary plan with you but now I am off the track.

Overall it was nice experience with travel triangle. They were just a call away from us whenever we found any concern regarding any services provided by hotels or cab. I found them trustworthy and affordable.

Driver was not having proper idea on how plan a visit for the places mentioned either travels guy or driver should be aware so that back and forth of site seeing won't happen like how we experienced Travel triangle app should keep the better verbal communication rather than saying the conveyenience fee details in last moment and also payment gateway charges this will irritate or make the customer loose interest on the trip There was slot of miscommunication between travels guy and travel triangle SPOc and driver regarding the payments Travel triangle has to be Flexible as per customer Demands The Blue moon hotel in Mumbai has no outside ventilation which we felt like As if we are packed up and even we mentioned as 2+1kid the travel guy has booked cot for two people which we have slept Congustedly for a night

I think Nidhi Helped from starting to end ... it's totally hassle free service..Hotel is best and service we get excellent. I think we are having 3 days but places should be added more like we are not having places to visit,most of the time we time pass simply.

We have booked two nights and three days in Mumbai with travel traingle and it was really good. It was a great experience for us. The driver was very good and acted as a guide throughout the trip. There is only one area that can be improved: the breakfast at the hotel. From our perspective, the overall review is good.
