Everything was at the top as committed and explained while booking the packages. Few things to clarify is about the addituinal charges wherever applicable. Hotels were good but the service was very poor and there was no management at hotel. Overall experience was good right from booking the trip from payment and on the trip. Travel agent were good but they changed the few things or miscommunicated about few things which we ignored like cab pic and actual car then mode of payment like asked us to give some cash directly to driver instead of they giving them. Now talking about cab and driver , cab was ok and driver was a good driver for these roads. But our whole trip was according to them . They didnt take us to planned locations giving some reasons , never communicated things properly. We just saw 2 things from our big itinerary was Manu temple and mall road They used to take us to only places for buying things where there commission was fixed. Instead of taking us to solang cally driver said road got closed bcoz we started late which he didnt tell us prior that we will have to leave early tomorrow to visit that place , so we enjoyed snow somewhere in between . Over all trip was good but the not well managed Got to see and play in the snow and weather was nice. Food and stay was good in the hotel

Atul's 4 days trip to Himachal

Trip started well from my home and Cab was on time. Travel agent lied to me while i was booking the package that he is going to send a local driver which will be belong to Himachal Pradesh but actually driver did't well known to Dalhousie and near about location and in whole trip he was using google map and that's not driver's fault. Agent lied to me. in whole Trip i was feeling like i have not booked a package but with Agency but it felt like i have hired every people involved in the trip separately. Driver was asking money on the way itself once he needs to do cab refuel. he asked me for cash as well while on the way to Dalhousie. In hotel they asked me to pay to them not TT. While returning to home cab agency owner called me and was threatened me that if he did not get any money from Tour Agency then he will stop the car until he get's paid and so driver did that he stopped the cab in mid way. We with my family was stuck in somewhere around Pathankot and that was scarry. This whole trip was a mess. i am not going to book again with this travel Agency and even with TT as well and will not recommend to anyone. One thing i would like to mention here that Hotel was good in everything with Staff and other services. which we have chosen from ourselves.
