    Manali Tour From Bhopal(5D/4N): Overview

A Manali tour package from Bhopal starts at Rs 23,039 per person on twin sharing for 5 days and 4 nights, and because there is no direct flight or train from Bhopal to Manali, every route runs through Delhi. You fly or take the train to Delhi, then ride the overnight Volvo up to Manali, roughly 530 km through the night along the Beas river. This package pairs that transfer with a 4-star stay, daily breakfast, and the sightseeing most first-time visitors come for: Hadimba Temple, a full day at Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass, the Atal Tunnel and Sissu, and a day trip to Naggar in the Kullu valley. Everything on it is customisable, so you can add nights, swap hotels, or extend to Kasol and Manikaran.

How to Reach Manali from Bhopal

The honest answer first: there is no direct train or flight from Bhopal to Manali. Manali has no airport or railway station of its own, so the trip is always in two legs, Bhopal to Delhi, then Delhi to Manali by road. Here is how the three options actually compare.

    ModeRoute from BhopalTime (total)Notes
By flightBhopal (BHO) to Delhi (DEL), then overnight Volvo, or Bhopal to Bhuntar (KUU) via DelhiAbout 6 hrs flying, plus the road legBhuntar airport is 50 km from Manali. Delhi routing is cheaper and what this package uses.
By trainBhopal to Delhi or Chandigarh, then road to ManaliAbout 23 hrs end to endNo direct train to Manali. Nearest usable railheads are Delhi and Chandigarh.
By road / VolvoDelhi to Manali, overnight AC VolvoAbout 530 km, 12 to 14 hrsIncluded in this package as a seat-in-coach transfer both ways.

For most Bhopal travellers the sweet spot is a morning flight to Delhi and the night Volvo up, so you lose almost no holiday to transit. If you would rather compare every departure option, our road trips from Bhopal guide and the full Bhopal tour packages page cover trains, flights and self-drive routes in detail.

Manali Packages from Bhopal: Your Options

This 5D/4N trip is the most-booked Bhopal to Manali package, but it is not the only length that works. Shorter trips suit a long weekend; longer ones let you fold in the Atal Tunnel, Sissu and the Parvati valley without rushing. Every option below is customisable and departs via Delhi.

    5 Days / 4 Nights Itinerary

Day 1: Bhopal to Delhi, then the overnight Volvo to Manali

Your trip begins in Bhopal. Take a morning flight or train to Delhi, timed so you reach the Volvo boarding point (Kashmere Gate ISBT or Majnu ka Tila) by evening. The overnight coach climbs out of the plains along the Beas, and you wake up to pine forest and the first ridge lines of the Kullu valley. Overnight on the Volvo.

Day 2: Arrive in Manali and local sightseeing

You reach Manali in the morning and check into your hotel. After a rest, the local circuit takes in the 16th-century Hadimba Devi Temple in its cedar grove, the hot sulphur springs and stone temple at Vashisht village, Van Vihar on the riverbank, and the Tibetan Monastery with its prayer wheels. Wind up the day shopping on Mall Road and at the IBEX market. Dinner is at the hotel tonight. Overnight in Manali.

Day 3: Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass, with the Atal Tunnel and Sissu

A full day in the high country. Choose Solang Valley for paragliding, zorbing and the ropeway, or head over the 9.02 km Atal Tunnel to Sissu and Koksar on the Lahaul side, where the snow lingers well into summer. If Rohtang Pass is open (roughly June to October) and you hold a permit, that is the classic alternative. Your driver plans the day around the weather and road status. Overnight in Manali.

Day 4: Day trip to Naggar in the Kullu valley

Drive down to Naggar, the old capital of Kullu. The 15th-century Naggar Castle blends stone and deodar in the local kath-kuni style and looks straight across the valley. Close by are the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, the Gauri Shankar temple and the riverside shrines at Jagatsukh. It is an easy, unhurried day. Overnight in Manali.

    Day 5: Departure

After breakfast you check out and board the Volvo back to Delhi, connecting with your onward flight or train to Bhopal. If your timings allow, squeeze in a last bit of Mall Road shopping before you leave.

    Customisation and cancellation

Every day of this itinerary is yours to change: add nights, upgrade the hotel, bring the kids, or extend to Kasol and Manikaran. Cancellation follows a standard sliding scale, more notice means a bigger refund. As a guide, cancel 30 or more days out for the smallest deduction, 15 to 29 days for a partial refund, and inside 7 days the deposit is usually non-refundable. Confirm the exact slabs for your dates with your trip coordinator before you pay, since peak-season and non-refundable-fare bookings can differ.

Why Book This Manali Package from Bhopal

The value here is not a rock-bottom teaser fare, it is a sorted trip. One coordinator handles the Delhi connection, the Volvo seats, a vetted 4-star hotel and the day plans, so a Bhopal traveller who has never driven these roads does not have to stitch it together across three vendors. Prices and hotels are quoted by verified local agents, not scraped listings.

Fares and inclusions on this page are quoted by our verified Manali agent network and checked against the current 2026-27 rate-sheet before your final voucher.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle
man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

I had booked Shimla - Manaali six days tour with North India Tours & Travels. From the starting there were trouble with agency. I was asked to contact Mr. Neeraj Negi for driver details. I had followed him four times over phone but he didn't provide the proper details. I got three drivers number an
d had to call all of them to know who will pick me up from Chandigarh. Once driver was fixed, he asked me to leave from Chandigarh early (though I didn't want it) in the morning because he was in Chandigarh that evening and he wanted to return early. when I called Neeraj Negi to know if Hotel room will be available if I reach early, he was blunt and said will you check out early if you are checking in early. Taxi and hotel coordination was his job but I was doing it and he was playing boss role. while travelling to Shimla, taxi driver (Prakash) informed me that he is not from North India tour travel. Taxi driver on day one left without informing. raised the issue on Travel triangle whatsapp group but no help was offer either by travel triangle or Neeraj Negi. During the travel, I had four different drivers (Prakash, Sanjay, Ajay, Raju) and on each day I had to coordinate with these drivers. No professionalism at all. Although, I was informed that I will have single driver through out the tour. while returning from Manaali around 1 PM during the day we were passing through planes (Sundar Nagar, Bilaspur etc) and temperature was 37 deg C and dust outside. requested driver to switch on the AC but he hadn't. this is despite the fact that we were descending from hills or travelling in plane areas. This driver (Ajay) had to pick client from Chandigarh therefore he had asked us to start early from Manaali, which I agreed to. I had to skip the breakfast because of him but when we requested him to switch on the AC, he straight forward denied it. No support from North India tour travel . Only good thing in this trip was hotel in Manaali (Himalayan heights), which is newly built and well maintained. view from this hotel is quite good and it has apple orchard within it's boundary.

Thanks to travel triangle as it was an awesome and excellent experience with Mysterious Himanchal. Ms. Pooja Prashar from Mysterious Himanchal assist me from very first day to till end of my package with the same passion. She has done remarkable job to make my package memorable. Special thanks to
Mysterious Himanchal for providing me luxurious package in the great cost, everything offered by Mysterious Himanchal is best in that budget. Ms. Pooja Prashar is best example for any service class industry, she arranged and planned everything so ideally that had made my family so comfortable and made my trip outstanding, She was there through out the trip to provide suggestion even for those services which were not included in the package, I was in this much comfort during my holiday that i had not put a single query or complain on wassup group form by Travel Triangle. Ms. Pooja Prashar not only responded well to my queries but also ensured about comfortable stay at every hotel location. She used to take daily follow-up that made our stay outstanding. Hospitality at every place was at its best. At nowhere i found that any of the service can be better than what offered to me. It was great experience to stay at hotel Byke Nature Villa, outstanding hotel at excellent location. Hotel Manager and staff was very helpful and polite. Our cab Driver Mr. Ashok Thakur was also helpful and good in nature. His punctuality was the best part. Once again a big thanks to Travel Traingle team, Mysterious Himanchal team, Ms. Somya from Travel Traingle (although things were that much perfect that nothing had been escalated to her) and Ms. POOJA PRASHAR.

I didn’t have a good service at the hotel and they didn’t give us a better after asking for better room as they did have rooms they didn’t provide us one and even were trying to manipulate stuff about to their terms Our travel agent made our trip good for us and helped us a lot thanks a ton to him
and even the driver was good he showed us everything and even some of the things which were not in our itenary
