This is Satish Gawade. I had been to Mauritius last week only along with my beloved wife Archana, Brother Dileep and his wife Kavita. We had a very nice time in Mauritius, we spent 7 days over there. Completed almost all activities like Submarine, Casela, Walk with Lions, Catamaran Cruise, Island, Water Activities ( Under Sea Walk, Parasailing, Tube Riding). Also completed North and South Tour with lot of adventures activities. Many thanks to Ankita Mishra from Travel Triangle & Ramsha from Travel Tales. Both have planned and executed this tour very nicely. We have not faced any issue at all. Hotel Ravenala Attitude was too good, very nice services and hospitality. It was very good experience and management was also vwry supporting, specially want to thank Mrs Poonam who was our tour guide as she was very polite and supportive in my trip. The hotel property were also very awesome. Overall it was blissful experience in Mauritius Best memory were so many, one of them which was memorable was scuba diving as it was thrilling experience. Also enjoyed submarine, water sports, ziplining, quad biking, caterman cruise and many more.

hi i am totally disappoint with the trip 1.the travel agent has said me false information 2.hotel was not so great it was a old building 3.no proper information on the flights 4.Travel agent said there is thru luggage there is no thru luggage i travelled to mauritius from hyderabad the travel agent( i need trip ) he has given a connecting flight from hyderabad to channai to mauritius - mauritius to chennai to hyderabad he said me that there is connecting flight u can stay at airport and can use the lounge comming to luggage he was so confident and convinced me that there is thru luggage u can directly collect it from mauritius but airlines was not accepting like that there was no thru luggage when i called the travel agent he said he will check and call back but he never called me back , he promised me that he will at-least arrange while return but the same thing happened when i called same thing repeated he never called me back .reg insurance i have called rahul till now no response i mailed to travel triangle but no resonse till now .i had a very bad experience before confirming the package so repeatedly he used to call mor over i have deleyed one day 2 installment they charged 4000 extra saying fares have been increased , money which i paid its not at all worth . :(

I booked a beachfront room and that’s what was mentioned on my itinerary. However, on my arrival at the hotel, I was given a beach view room. While making my booking itself I mentioned it very clearly to the travelTriangle agent that beachfront is my preference n I will choose my resort/room category accordingly. On my arrival the I was disappointed to see that I was allocated a beach view (2nd floor) room which wasn’t as good as the beach front one.

Air n Wing very nice and professional. The quote provided by them was the lowest. They also called me a day before for online check-in as well. We opted for the Honeymoon holiday for 7 days at Mauritius Long beach resort. The resort provided a dinner buffet of different cuisine, each day. As we were vegetarians chefs were flexible enough to make customized Indian dishes exclusively for us. We also got 3 Lunches (again customizable according to our taste) as freebie. Therefore, our expenses on food were way less.

Divine Holidays were cooperative and helped with our booking on short notice. However the food at the Outrigger Resorts and Spa, Mauritius was not upto the point. The breakfast Buffet was same every day for all seven days. The dinner buffet was the same. Especially veg dishes were very limited and boring. In the name of Indian cuisine they only gave most basic of dishes. Even the continental and Chinese food was blah. I have stayed at 5 star resorts... Their food is usually the high point. But Not here And the ground handler Mauricejet were also not great in their service. The visit to ile aux cerfs was waste of time. It takes 2 hours to go there and then they try to push you towards water sports which are obscenely over priced. And then we were hardly left with any time to explore the island. In comparison island tours in krabi were much better. There was no time left on island for lunch. At 3 pm on the way back to the hotel we requested the driver Jamal and Mauricejet to stop for lunch or even a takeaway they refused. We had children and senior citizens with us. They then accused us of breaking their already faulty window and dirtying their van with sand and few crumbs of biscuit that we were reduced to consume cause of hunger. They expected us to return from beach with no sand on our feet or clothes and stay hungry on the 2 hour return to the hotel in evening. Which he got us almost 45 mins before time. These ground handlers have unreasonable schedules. They give 8 hours and then they will charge 1000 MuR per person, per hour. Most of the places will be at least 1 1/2 hour away from the resorts which are usually on the beach. So you end up spending mim 3 hours getting to the 1st place and after than it is run run run. You just have enough time to tick things off of your list. Mauritius is beautiful. But the behaviour of the local agent was disappointing
