Appreciate the continous effort made by the agent in booking and the driver throughout our trip. Would recommend double checking the category of rooms booked in the booking.

It was good. Hotels were good, the confirmation details of hotels were not provided till the end which created confusion and the driver took us to a different hotel as he was also not aware of the change of hotel. Driver was good but we needed to tell him to take to the points mentioned in iteniary firmly as he always insisted on skipping few points. Car quality was good. Varun was just a call away in case of any query or confusion. He was really helpful.

It was wonderful 7 days trip. I landed to Coimbatore and fly off from Bangalore. We have explored Ooty, Coorg, Mysore. Driver come guide Mr. Sabir (Raja) was too good in all the perspective. All credit goes to Sahil, who is my trip planner from Book it Forget it. Thank you all.

Cab needed to be improved... Unfortunate breakdown occurred in middle of forest between Ooty and Mysore ... Took 2hrs to change car... Best service at Ooty both cab & hotel....

Hotels are good. TT ensures to paid drivers as he kept complaining about TT. No use of booking AC sedan, as car AC not on even after instruction that spoils major trip.

Very good service. Driver Mr Sultan is very kind and knowledgeable person . He give us lots of information about every place throughout journey he is not a driver he is a guide person. He is manage our tour of 5 days very well , that's why we not stuck in traffic or there is not wastage of time,relax and memorable journey we done. Overall it was great experience throughout the trip. Specially Cab Driver Raju was very nice person and was like a family to us. We have shared my flight details to concerned person (Mr. Vikas) who was dealing for planning and hotel selection. After my confirmation to hotels. (2 nos. , they shared the quote and confirmed that hotels are tentatively booked. But next day, despite their confirmation, they have changed the hotel in coorg. This is first unexpected change. Next they were informed that final quote is 57500 including everything as flight is booked my myself. Then during first payment they asked to give Rs. 600 extra for first time travel triangle fee. Later i informed them that i had used travel triangle before so Rs. 600 should be waive off, In last Mr. Vikas and Ms. himanshi confirmed that it will be done as per given quote. But after first installment of Rs. 10600 , they asked Rs. 29300 for second payment , I did the same. During my last day of trip, Driver asked me to pay 18500 as balance. then i told him that 17600 is balance. He told me that they have informed to get 18500 for cab. Then i spoke to Mr. Vikas, he told me that you pay we will return the balance once u will get back. But no calls , msg from their side and no reply of my msg. this feedback is not for amount. It is just to give real experience that customer used to face. Travel triangle is big platform. they should hire professional people as partner. This is truely unprofessional.

The driver was not great at communication and after the complaint about his health he became unresponsive at times, which was on the first day itself. It would have been a better trip for us. Explored good south Indian food where the driver took us. He had good knowledge of the route.

We recently had trip to Mysore and Coorg, Trip was well planned and organized. Anshu helped in planning our trip and Kishore made sure we had support round the clock till we completed our trip. Thanks for the memories.

Communication Is A Huge Problem If You Don't Know English In Kerela 3. *There Were No New Blankets And No Towels Provided In Houseboat So The Risk Of Covid Seems High* 4. *At Thekkady Veg Food Is A Huge Problem ( No Veg Hotels , Only 1 Hotel That To Mixed , Service Was Not That Good In Thekkady )* 5. *Risk Is High In Kochi For Covid Here There Is Partial Lockdown* 6. *No Soaps , And Too Much Inscets And Lizards In Rooms ( Improvement Needed )*

The Tour was well arranged and the Hotels were very good. The cab driver was very good and polite and always eager to show the places. Will look forward to tour with Travel Triangle next time especially for South India.

The best trip we ever had. Our driver Mr KIRAN is just too good in his work . Carlos travel agent Mr. SHAHIR is always there to take care of us.
