We had a wonderful vacation, thoroughly enjoyed 6 day trip, the best part was staying at Kodai resort and Toy train journey at Ooty. Slightly disappointed with the resort location at Ooty, room location, staff cooperation, food was not up to the mark. Cab driver/service was excellent and was very professional in all aspects.

Appreciate the continous effort made by the agent in booking and the driver throughout our trip. Would recommend double checking the category of rooms booked in the booking.

It was wonderful 7 days trip. I landed to Coimbatore and fly off from Bangalore. We have explored Ooty, Coorg, Mysore. Driver come guide Mr. Sabir (Raja) was too good in all the perspective. All credit goes to Sahil, who is my trip planner from Book it Forget it. Thank you all.

It was good. Hotels were good, the confirmation details of hotels were not provided till the end which created confusion and the driver took us to a different hotel as he was also not aware of the change of hotel. Driver was good but we needed to tell him to take to the points mentioned in iteniary firmly as he always insisted on skipping few points. Car quality was good. Varun was just a call away in case of any query or confusion. He was really helpful.

We had a fantastic time, and our driver/guide Kousar Bhaiyya was extremely knowledgeable about each attraction we saw in Kodaikanal, Ooty, Mysore, and Coorg. He assisted us in thoroughly exploring each location. I'm thankful to Kousar bhai. We had a great time on our vacation and brought back some wonderful memories. Two hotels were booked. In the first hotel (Preethi Towers Classic), the rooms were not clean. Even after reaching out to the manager multiple times, it was not rectified. Toilet was very dirty that cleaning it once was not going to solve the problem. Second hotel (Lake view hotel) was good. No complaints. Travel agent could have coordinated well with the hotel management to understand the fare before informing the customer.

Trip was overall good. But the jack hilltop resort booked in Kodaikanal was pathetic. The room was smelly and it has mould growing on one wall.Very bad experience in that hotel. Other than that trip went smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. The cab driver mr. Pradeep was very helpful and polite. Visit to dhyanlimgam

The driver was not great at communication and after the complaint about his health he became unresponsive at times, which was on the first day itself. It would have been a better trip for us. Explored good south Indian food where the driver took us. He had good knowledge of the route.

Trip was nicely planned by Rakesh Sharma as promised.. every minute details were taken care off.. during the trip also he was in contact to make sure we are happy with all arrangements..

Mrs. Alia is a very good person, and she also has convincing nature. She changed the hotel bookings at the last moment at our request. However, when places are chosen by the traveler, the Travel Triangle, with the support of the local agent/driver, can plan the trip by amending the places depending on journey between two places, and night halts and places that can be covered.

Our tour went as per plan. Thanks to K Y holidays. We did keep lot of flexibility in some of scheduling so this can be worked out in more detail. Hotels were arranged and travel was hassle free. Had to pay Kerala entry tax which was revised during travel.
