He need to be rewarded for his tremendous support. We visited all the places in the itinerary as per plan and we have enjoyed a lot. The 4 stared hotels picked up on the team are imaginary They gave us the best suites. There were variety of food options. The breathtaking landscapes and pleasant weather were definitely the highlights of the trip The local markets sell fresh produce, homemade chocolates, and souvenirs Only thing is they need to have supportive drivers and English speaking people. Anmoljain's 5 days trip to Tamil Nadu

This was the worst and the costliest trip of my life...all because of "book it forget it" travel company and travel triangle. Opposite to their name, they kept on forgetting the things and travel triangle guys also on the same pattern. Highlights of our trip:- While booking we asked them we need sedan car with carrier, travel agent confirmed the same thing, when we were about to leave from our home to railway station we called him again and confirmed the same thing , we had asked driver details couple of times he didn't shared those details (we were told that we will get driver details one day before of travelling). He shared us driver details when we were in the train, cleverly approx 7. When we called the driver he told me that he is not having carrier in his car as this is banned in entire Tamil Nadu (not sure if it true or not). When we asked same thing to travel agent he told us yes carrier is not available in car, You didn't tell us that you will be having more luggage.( Can someone please let me know what will be the other meaning of asking car with carrier on top of that) He forced us to pay extra 6300 rupees for some old model innova car. We got threatened by travel agent like pay 6300 or else deal directly with driver (Driver was from Madurai) At rameshwaram driver asked to pay 10 k else he will stop the trip. ( We had payed only 2 installments to travel triangle remaining amout was 15k + 6300( additional cab cost, agent told driver to collect the money from us and marked payment as done on portal) Rameshwaram trip and madurai trip was good as no more places to visit. On the day from madurai to Kodaikanal driver asked us check out late from hotel as his car is having some issues, he reached hotel to pick us at 12 , on hills car was not able go above 30 35 , 2.5 hrs journey become 5 hours journey for us. One full day wasted. For covering all the places mentioned in itinerary driver was asking more money from us and my travel agent was also forcing us to pay extra. Our Driver got changed 3 times during trip. Driver who was responsible for trip was not having proper plans to visit we were on same route for 2 days. All our time money energy wasted. Travel triangle guys also didn't listen to us, they told you directly deal with agent , agent asked us to deal with driver and driver was asking money for everything even for parking which was included in our package. This was our 4th trip with travel triangle 3 were good and this one was worst. No one was listening to our problems. Learnings :- don't believe in travel triangle and there agents this is the new way of looting the money from us, as we are out of city and had payed approx 80% of the amount to them. Note:- while talking to driver he told me that we are the 5th customer who are facing same issue, agent use to write many places to visit in itinerary which is not possible for us to go in same budget. How can I forget to mention our travel triangle advisor Abhijit...he was of no help worst fellow and worst company to book any trip. Nothing

Trip was overall good. But the jack hilltop resort booked in Kodaikanal was pathetic. The room was smelly and it has mould growing on one wall.Very bad experience in that hotel. Guruvayur hotel was good Kodaikanal hotel had no proper service food was late. Had hot water issuse. Coimbatore hotel was good but got booked with wrong beds for couple we got 2single beds travel agent didn’t do anything about that told us to ajust and wifi is so bad. Asked to many times about wifi but no proper response from hotel. Car was good and driver was okay. Had too much volume for music that too only their regional music. Would leave us so far and say its due to parking issue. Mostly we paid for parking which says included in package. Lack of coordination b/w travel agent and cab agency. Driver was not aware of package and inclusives. Travel agent didnt guide us properly bcz palani temple was too crowded as we went on some auspicious day. And Kodaikanal was full of traffic as its weekend. As we are non local we wouldn’t know that. If we were informed about those we would have adjusted the dates likewise and would have had great overall experience. Got stuck in traffic for 8hrs nearly watched all places in traffic and for 6hrs mostly in temple even if we took highest ticket available. We had Avg. Experience I would rate 3 out of 5

Travel agent provided us reliable, decent and patient kannada speaking driver as requested. The places were well covered. But, I had opened my conversation to suggest places. She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

Vacation Highlights: • Coimbatore (2 nights): Our stay in Coimbatore was at Le Meridian and it was a delightful experience and made it a great start to our journey. • Munnar (2 nights): Munnar we stayed at Aranyaka resort; the scenic beauty was breathtaking. We enjoyed all the activities organised by Postcard trip. • Alleppey (1 night): Our night in Alleppey, especially on the houseboat, was a highlight. The unique experience on the waterways and food that they cooked and served on the boat added a magical touch. The private houseboat was very clean and the staff were very friendly. • Thekkady (2 nights): Thekkady offered a perfect blend of wildlife and culture. We celebrated Christmas at the “Hills & Hues”, they had dinner and show (gala night) on Christmas eve where the locals came and performed that made our stay memorable. • Kodaikanal (1 night): Kodaikanal's serene atmosphere and Kodai Resort had quality accommodation with a good restaurant. Even with a short stay, we appreciated the tranquillity the place offered. Accommodations: • The accommodations arranged by Simran were excellent choices. The cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of each place added to our comfort. • Quality in-house restaurants provided delicious meals, enhancing our overall experience. • The beautiful sceneries surrounding our accommodations added a picturesque backdrop to our stay. Travel Planner - Simran: • Simran's friendliness was evident throughout the planning process. Her warmth and approachability made us feel well taken care of. • Being informative and punctual in communication, Simran ensured that all our queries were addressed promptly, contributing to a smooth vacation. Designated Driver - Sadik from Covai Travels: • Sadik's friendliness and accommodating nature were appreciated.
