        Our recent family trip to Singapore and Malaysia was superb. We enjoyed the services offered by Holiday Triangle and our time during the trip. Rooms were just as they were promised, super clean, and covered all needs. All travel plans, rides and shared transport were on time. Also, staff members were professional and pleasant. We took advantage of Grab app for private cab (unscheduled plans) and food delivery. Their service was very good. Room Tip: If you prefer little luxury, go for 4 star hotels to enjoy more amenities. Note: All the hotels have complimentary continental breakfast with different Indian variety everyday. Singapore hotels are smaller in size regardless of the hotel class due to size limitation of the city. Genting Islands in Malaysia was awesome. Genting Dream Cruise from Singapore to Bintan Islands is just and great experience.We totally loved it!

        Although the places we visited were really beautiful, coordination with ASAP was a pain. Planning is definitely not their strong suite and it shows at all stages of hand-off. The Travel Triangle team, although with their own faults were far more responsive than ASAP team. The simplest of processes became repetitive and cumbersome because of lack of foresight and planning from ASAP. Starting from operations briefing to visa processing (which was doubly complicated by 3 different submissions) and finally on-ground coordination - I found them lacking at all stages. One ray of sunshine was the last mile execution - the local travel agencies ASAP partnered with were quite professional and flexible. Positives: 1. Hotels were quite good. I have heard/read reviews where agencies book different hotels than were promised which are worse in quality. No such mishaps here. Although more information on the hotels should have been briefed. For example, the fact that they collect security deposits and would eat up 80% of the currencies I withdraw would have been a good information to have before we started the trip. 2. Cabs were comfortable especially with several senior citizens in our team. We did not have to worry about the quality of the transport. Although drivers were grumpy and sometimes improperly briefed. 3. Almost all tickets/bookings were correct and done in advance. Except the last day where they goofed up in Kuala Lumpur, the rest of the trip was managed correctly on ground 4. I believe the price was competitive. Do not claim to have a lot of knowledge on this front but this is the feeling I get after talking to friends and colleagues Negatives: 1. Zero planning. The sales team does not know about operations but refuse to connect us to operations before we have only little number of days left. 2. Visa team is woefully unaware of any rules and regulations pertaining to the visa process in case anything is a little different from the status quo. The company they had outsourced the visa process to was knowledgeable though and therefore everything finally worked out but not before by blood pressure reached record-level high. 3. Once they had supplied the itineraries to the local partner agencies, they sort of washed their hands off. Although they kept saying that they will coordinate, nothing happened from their sides. The local agencies themselves were more proactive in solving clashes and mistakes done by ASAP 4. No respect for others' time. Their process is completely screwed up - the hand-off processes do not work. Any movement needs multiple follow-ups and threats of legal repercussions

        Trip was sgp on own and Borneo with package. SGP the hotel that was booked had series of issues from bed linen, to towel in room. (The Quay Lavender)... I strongly state NOT to book this hotel. While Amazing Borneo was well planned and timely executed and were delightful moments. The guide, the hotel , staff there and food all was to our satisfaction. Co-Guest in the hotel were friendly. Overall GOOD experience. This is 2nd trip for us booked through Travel triangle and previous one was Vietnam .

        The stay was amazing.The scheduling was good too.But the support team failed really bad at krabi and phuket with different sorts of excuses. They were sorry many times. They were not supportive at all and were stuck on the side of their stupid local agent and did not provide any compensation for their mistakes and kept pushing us into a frustrating experience. But the Booking experience with travel Triangle was great and the Itinerary was prepared very well by the agent Vandana of My Travel Calendar.But the support team totally disappointed with their miscommunication and cost us a day tour. The App User interface is totally cool and I have recommended it to many people. I liked how a trip advisor was assigned and was very prompt with all my queries. Thank you travel Triangle and My Travel Calendar for such a memorable trip. looking forward to travel soon again

        My experiences: 1. Flight - How can an international flight booked back to back, I don't understand. The gap between both flights is 1hr 30 min. While going from Hyd to Langkawi stop over at Kualalumpur was 1.30 hrs. Now late departure of flight from hyd was delayed due to rain by an hr. At Kualalumpur one has to pass immigration & then find out which gate the flight is taking off within 30 min. Which level one has to go there is no one to help out. In fact I had to run & was the last person to enter the plane . Similarly while returning same thing happened. The flight took off late & reached Kualumpur at 20.25 pm local time. Flight departure from Kualalumpur is 20.50. practically I had to run to reach the gate. Now after reaching & when about to board the captain on technical ground didn't allow flight to take off. It's further delayed now. Don't know at what hr I'll reach Hyderabad. 2. Malaysia tour- Your DMC, Deepak has planned my trip wrongly. There was no free day in Kualalumpur. In fact if you see his itenary made for me Petrojaya tour etc was not there . As a result he kept a free day in Kualalumpur unnecessary at my cost - hotel stay & food . This was not acceptable to me.I had already intimated Nishita & Sailja of House of travels. In fact with their intervention on the last day before departing to Bali, Petrojaya tour was arranged hastily. The driver initially told me he is scheduled for airport drop only. But only after I spoke to Sailja, she managed to instruct concerned agent & hastily completed the site visit. Since the driver requested me to co-operate as he had a pick up from airport I hastily took some pics & left for airport. Bali - No issues at all. Enjoyed my stay. Suggestion - Henceforth while booking international flights do have a time gap of at 3 hrs for unknown eventualities. Further for a new person finding out the gate no where language is an issue becomes a problem . Distance between arrival & departure dates are quite long distance not to speak of immigration formalities. Apart from above trip is excellent.

        I must say about our Thailand trip, a trip very well planned and delivered by Ananta tours. All arrangements extended including stay, travel & site seeing was very nicely managed. Special thanks to Ananta tours for the arrangement of Thai airways package a must in checklist for a wonderful travel experience to/fro and within Thailand destinations. Secondly, the choice of hotels they provided was very good including stay comfort, services, breakfast options etc., and yes they are flexible and have good options in their inventory in case you want to explore more basis your preferences. Lastly the site site seeing was so well coordinated that it created a life long memorable experience.
