Likewise, as part of improvement, a reminder for any activity or call from the hotel's would have to be made because we missed for Dolphin Cruise though it was complimentary. Overall it was an awesome trip. Stay at Sheraton Maldives which had water bungalow as well.

The communication gap between travel agent and hotelier was imminent in Bentota and Colombo. There were no provisions of 3 bedded rooms and they had to push an extra cot into a small confined space which actually was a 2 bedded room. Later on,one room was upgraded in Bentota only the next day. We were made to wait for more than an hour for the rooms to be ready in Bentota. On reaching the homestay in Colombo,it was found that there was no intimation whatsoever and neither the advanced payment was deposited to them. As a result,Silvikris Villa( Homestay) Management refused to accommodate us even after waiting for more than 3 hours on the road. However,later on a new hotel was arranged by them and the rooms were fine. However we have lost more than four hours due to this lack of management and miscommunication. We had to bear the expenses of the lunches of the driver and the guide particularly in Galle and Colombo. The replaced driver at Colombo misbehaved while we were shopping in a different shop not suggested by him. He demanded commission from the shop owner and went overboard. Subsequently,he threatened us that he would leave and that we should take Tuk-Tuks back to the hotel. Mr. Thillina was excellent and extremely cordial and cooperative. Hotel Topaz in Kandy was amazing and the overall trip was very memorable and well enjoyed by the entire family. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Galle fort. Beautiful Kandy. Boat Ride on Bentota River. First of all let me start with the sales agent Mr.darshana, I just gave him the no. of days I would be visiting Sri Lanka and he was amazingly quick to put together a plan for us in a couple of minutes,his choices of hotels were amazing, especially the views from the rooms. Their prices are reasonable and services are excellent. We landed on 6th august,2019 in SL and the guide(Mr.Ramesh) was waiting for us patiently with the name board,he was not difficult to find. He was courteous and polite and helped us board the vehicle and start our trip to the different destination in sri lanka. We travelled from Colombo->Kandy->Nuweraellaya->ella->Beruwala(water sports and river safari). They even plan a day trip to visit the town of Galle from beruwala. I would definitely suggest Relax Lanka Tours to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

The beach was not good to play... instead we could have stayed at bentota where beaches were good....also in Galle hotel should be somewhere near the market area or the fort...that area is beautiful We enjoyed Nuwara eliya... We had a delightful trip, except a few confusions here and there. Make sure that the vendor follows a transparent process while discussing the itenary with guests. Committing something and delivering different thing will cause unnecessary confusions. However, the vendor took care of all our needs very well. They did a very good job. Overall it was a great trip. It was absolutely as per the itinerary I designed. Being a solo trip, travel companion mattered the most and Shanuka, my driver was a delight to travel with. Though I've complaints about the hotels especially the one in Sigiriya, however, post trip analysis doesn't make it sound so bad. They did the best within the budget I had. Having said that, please reconsider the hotels you are associated with for the below reason: 1) Wifi 2) Connectivity and accessibility 3) Restaurant This was my second trip with Travel Triangle and I'm sure my future trips will also be with them. Taking into consideration few glitches such I did not receive the SIM card as committed and unclear communication to the driver about his meals, I'm still happy with the experience trips.lk have created for me.
