Navin's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

We were sent 2 sedans with cng and no carrier for airport pickup which was not possible as had mentioned Preeti Sharma clearly from back2holidays that we have lot of luggage as we are attending a family wedding and she had assured it will fit in car trunk and carrier. She backed out completely on her word and we arranged our own airport pickup by paying extra which they didn't refund. After that Mr Shailendra tour manger got it touch and things went quiet smoothly. Hotels booked were also some were veg which were not informed by Preeti Sharma from.back2holidays. Cabs and driver were excellent. H9tels were nice and clean. Overall 23 had a great time. Jaisalmer war museum, Umaid Bhawan Palace, City Palace Udaipur, Vintage Car Museum Udaipur, Jeep ride and activities and bon Fire at Camp.

Yadvendra's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

A very well curated trip with a good experience at a very reasonable price. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the vacation with almost no issues with either hotels or cab. Appreciation to travel agent for booking a good cab with a good driver. Hotels are something which we jointly select after reading reviews on internet but cab is solely dependent on the travel agent. I thank you for providing a good, new cab with a family friendly driver

Ss's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

It was a memorable trip for my family. Mr. Shailendra, the tour manager was prompt in responding to any situation and he helped the travel to go through very smoothly. The hotels were excellent, the cab drivers were very helpful and informative. Overall I will rate the experience as excellent. Desert Safari, visit to Umed Bhavan palace, visiting blue City of Jodhpur and the Jaisalmer War museum were the best part of the tour.

Nikhil's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

I had a wonderful trip and Preeti helped me plan well. Except for two issues; one, when I was offered with Heritage Juma camp in Jaisalmer, I had told her I had not liked the property and I want it to be changed but she insisted that it is good and it turned out to be a nightmare. Terrible property, unhyginic with people screaming like fanatics past midnight. I didn't even get a courtesy call from Back2holidays or Preeti even after giving this feedback. Shows how much they care about the customers after the booking is done. Second, I had paid the booking amount before the GST cut was done and my stay was post the cuts came into effect. I confirmed with the hotels that the GST levied was less owing to cuts but Back2holidays refused to refund the amount. This is outright cheating. Will I go with back2holidays again? No, for the above two reasons.

Niliscool's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

I faced issues with co-ordination of travel agent, After reaching I have discussed the itinerary with travel agent he changed the plan a bit and evening as per it there was leisure time for shopping but i was not able to go because of barricades kept then i tried to reac them but he didn't receive call. He would have informed me other options of transportation which was available. They have not informed properly to hotel management about my check in time so I contacted travel triangle also they told not to pay extra at hotel but hotel didn't allowed me to check in at that time. Next day we faced issue at CNG pump we were waited there about 3 hr 30 min just to fill CNG that time also I called travel agent but he told we can't run vehicle on petrol u have to wait there. Because of that I was not able to cover single spot of jodhpur on that day we reached jodhpur around 5.pm. In whole trip I missed 4 spots which was in itinerary. They would have communicated properly at right time I would have covered all the spot. This was purely mismanagement. Hotels were really good. I missed the chance of roaming on the streets of Jaipur when it was decorated even though I was in Jaipur itself.

Nitish's 5 days trip to Rajasthan

Trip was arranged great I like the behaviour of Preeti and her temperament to handle my all changes. The negative I can say is the driver was asking us to walk a lot which we didn’t like and also as a feedback can u ask drivers to help in getting tickets and be more helpful. Also one hotel which was give Rampratap palace was not of a good value i would like to let travel agent don’t suggest such hotel in future if the travelers want a luxurious stay so please don’t spoil their experience with such low quality hotels and staff Jawai stay and safari was awesome . jagat niwas stay view and hospitality was good but food was not to the class
