We had good support from their admin team too, who called us multiple times to check upon the trip. Overall we had an amazing experience and took back good memories. travel day there was no assurance where we will be staying. TRAVEL AGENT SHOULD HAVE PROVIDE CONFIRMATION IN ADVANCE Otherwise hotel stay was good. Vehicle / driver - vehicle we hot is clean and in very good condition. However I felt the driver little bit arrogant In one instance, he refused to dropped us at restaurants for dinner and we have few seniors citizens with us moreover the restaurant was hardly within 1km range So that thing I didn't like.
