MacRitchie Reservoir opening hours are 7 am to 7 pm. Lighting hours are from 7 pm to 7 am. The timings for treetop walk are Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Closed on Mondays except for public holidays.

    Cab services were good. They wanted us to be on time, however a couple of times they came late. Besides, they were a bit rude and unwelcoming. Service of travel agent - Gave us a good hotel stay. Coordination and responsiveness could have been better. Had to consistently follow up for the tickets
    and vouchers with the agent at Singapore. Night Safari tickets were shared 15min after we reached the location.

    RITIKA from Sharing Travels was very informative ,efficient and always willing, however there was a little mixed up with the driver for the pickup at Singapore airport, he came saw the suitcase belt clear, too k a picture sent it to his boss and said there was a no show. It had a rainy weather the
    luggage came after, we did not have to wait long, He had to leave for another job, we had to wait. I think it was a miscommunication with his people on his end. Everything else was good after that ,no issues.
