ood. Cab was good. Our driver Sivaji was fantastic and the highlight of the tour. He really made us comfortable. Robin and Kiran were always available to help when required. Comfort destination and Travel Triangle plat form is excellent. However Sanjana Sainik executive from Travel Triangle was very arrogant and unresponsive. Shivaji cab driver was fantastic

The trip was good but could have been better or best if the hotel and points as per itternary for coorg could have been covered. The stay at ooty was very good and 70% of points as per itternary were covered. But as the stay in coorg was very unhigenic and location was very far which made driver to

skip all the points in coorg except elephant camp and coffee plantation. The most important point is there was not coordination between All India Holiday and the travel agency about the no of day stay in ooty & coorg also the trip itternary was also not available with driver which made troublesome for me to convince him about which point he was about to cover.
