Deepesh's 8 days trip to Chiang MaiHotels in krabi and Bangkok were exceptional but Phuket and Pattaya were mediocre First day cab and driver were really great ... very comfortable ride and helping driver
Maha's 4 days trip to Chiang MaiI had approached travel triangle two days before my holiday and told them exactly what I wanted out of it. I immediately had partners call and give itenaries. Ofcourse I had multiple iteration, done effortless accommodating all my requests, special mention to ASAP Holidays here. The arrangements were Hassel free and as per schedule mentioned. We had a wonderful trip overall.

Krishna's 7 days trip to Chiang MaiFirst time travel through online booking. Very well planned schedule. Awesome hotel selection and very well guidance and support from ASAP agent Siddhant.
Aman's 5 days trip to Chiang MaiMy experience is good but some of the time operational team lag and didn't provide best service. Private transfers was on their best but shared transfer was like a hell. Shared transfer from phuket hotel to karabi hotel is the worst part of the trip. It was like a feeder service. As mentioned in my trip quote and service voucher, Two services are not provided. Candel light dinner in Indian restaurant with private transfer was mentioned in the service voucher and in the quote and in the service voucher but dinner was not provided in Indian restaurant. It was provided in other restaurant with very bad food . Tranfers were also not provided for dinner ...i want my refund for candel light dinner and private transfer. It was the worst part of my trip. Operation team also didn't support me. Mr Vikas, head of the team didn't answer my calls... I am very disappointed with this Tiger kingdom, 4 Island tour are the best part of my trip....
Arun's 6 days trip to Chiang MaiThe Hotel in Krabi was good but was far away from the city and sea beach.we had to pay exorbitant cab charges for dinner and going to sea beach in krabi. The Hotel in Phuket was the worst room service we have ever had in our 3 days of stay-- 1. The baggage was left outside the room and the waiter never bothered to intimate us. It was our neighbor who informed us otherwise the baggage would have been lost 2. Despite our request to room service we were not provided tea bags or sugar pouches. 3. The hotel was far away from the beach and on a hill top. It was difficult to walk out. We had requested for a hotel nearer to the beach. The beach was 2.1 kms away. We will request you that this was not a great experience for us. The travel agent service was okey not excellent as we have got in the past travels. The sight seeing was good but we were charged extra while going to Phi Phi islands As per your phuket travel partner you had booked us for Phi phi island while there were 4 more islands and snorkeling.we were charged extra for the same. It should have been charged in our travel plans by your company. You booked us through Indigo air and never informed us that Food and drinks will be chargeable. This was your responsibility. Other International flights like thai airways offer free drinks and food as in our last experiences with them. This should have been informed to us before booking. Overall not a memorable association with your company.

Doctor's 5 days trip to Chiang MaiHi, my trip started with worst possible situation, me n my wife waiting at Phuket airport in midnight for almost n hour and no one was there to pick us, we ended up in getting local cab by spending 1000 baht n reached hotel. After raising issue was conveniently ignored by concerned agents. Phuket hotel staff ( Hyatt Place) was having no hospitality at all. After that no major problems we faced but the upset in start was enough to set mood off. Krabi hotel n places visited were awesome, spent quality time there,..
