The driver suddenly demanded money, stating our 3-year-old's ticket was not included. When we contacted Mr. Krishna and Khushi Gupta, we were essentially threatened that the "on ground team [would] stop their service" unless we paid immediately. ​Imagine having to deal with these unforeseen costs and stressful situations in the middle of a trip with a small child.
