- Songkran Festival is one of the largest and craziest festivals celebrated in the streets of Chiang Mai. However, before you come out of your safe zone to partake in this water festival, here are a few tips to enjoy Songkran Festival at its best. Choose to wear old clothes and sandals that do not let you disappoint after getting ruined in the water fights
- Do not ride a scooter on the wet streets, as it might leave you injured later. Instead, hire a tuk-tuk or stroll through the streets
- While walking along the moat, keep your mouth closed and wear eyeglasses in order to prevent the consumption of dirty water
- Avoid drinking alcohol, as the crazy festival often leaves everyone strolling through the streets all day
- Avoid splashing water on monks, infants, and elderly people, and respect the local traditions and culture.

The agent had made a good package, but once after we made the payment - felt a disconnect from the agent(TRAVTREE) - we ve to keep following up - asking for doubts. She was a bit rude with totally different voice - Chanchal Sharma.

Trip was good but faced issue on very first day related to hotel as hot water for bath is not coming also pressure is very low after sometime even water is not coming. After lot of discussion with agent and hotel staff no body supported.

Navigatio planned thailand trip for us. It was very well planned trip with reliability and overall coordination efforts. On the first day we faced a slight delay with driver pickup at airport and the 7 island tour booked with Mariam Tours (shared long tail boat) at Krabi was an average experience. T
he island tour with speed boat at Phi Phi island (Andaman Speed Boat tours) was really good and recommended.

Our recent family trip to Thailand (booked for 2 adults and our 3-year-old daughter) was unfortunately marred by constant issues and last-minute financial demands from SPSV TRAVELS (booked via Travel Triangle).
The core problem stemmed from the inaccurate booking: despite clear communication that o
ur child was 3 years old, the package was booked only for "2 adults and 1 infant." We were assured by Mr. Krishna and Khushi Gupta that this would not cause an issue, yet it became a source of trouble throughout the trip.
Last-Minute Price Hike: Immediately after booking, Mr. Krishna requested an additional ₹6,000 citing a sudden change in flight prices.
Inflexible Itinerary: We were denied a simple itinerary swap—even with three days' notice—being told we could only cancel an activity, not substitute it.
Mid-Trip Extortion: The most unacceptable issue occurred at the Underwater World attraction. The driver suddenly demanded money, stating our 3-year-old's ticket was not included. When we contacted Mr. Krishna and Khushi Gupta, we were essentially threatened that the "on ground team [would] stop their service" unless we paid immediately.
Imagine having to deal with these unforeseen costs and stressful situations in the middle of a trip with a small child. This experience was deeply unprofessional, ruined the spontaneity we expected from a holiday, and demonstrated a clear breach of trust.
Future travelers should be highly cautious of SPSV TRAVELS' practices regarding accurate traveler details, price guarantees, and their handling of on-ground service.
