Arindam's 6 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

Thank you Neha for making last moment changes. I had troubled her many times so thank you again for bearing me. I had booked hotels for Orchha and Bhopal and cab for sightseeing for in and around Orchha, Bhopal and Jabalpur. Everything was great except for the driver at Jabalpur. He is actually not a driver, I suppose, he is a real estate agent who came because his driver was on leave. So, he didnt have much knowledge about tourist places. Though he toured all the places mentioned in the itinerary. Dhuadhar falls, marble rocks and Narmada aarti at Gwarighat are some memories which me and my parents will cherish forever. We thank you for that. However, I felt last day at Jabalpur could have been planned better as the dam was not worth it. Prices I would say comparable to other online sites.

    Rajiv Bakshi

Rajiv's 11 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

The Travel Agent was responsive and helpful. The hotels at Indore n Pachmarhi were very good but Bhopal one was not satisfactory / upto our expectations. Pachmarhi hotel and sight seeing.

Lokranjan's 7 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

Chose Traveltriangle as an experiment. Website assigned a tour helper who was supposed to contact me but could not contact for reasons known to her. I would not name her. Two travel agencies came in with their offer. One Bandhav Journey started with mistakes and went on correcting them with new mistakes but was prompt in replies. After continuous erroneous quotes I dropped them. The second Travel Agency Club7 Vacations had Neha, who was extremely courteous and prompt in her responses and planned the entire trip excellently well. She took care of every thing and was approachable for all clarifications. She however apparently did not know the cab provider and the cab service was miserable right from the word 'Go'. The driver Mr Sami Ullah Mobile (+91 9300675280) Taxi no. MP04TA2766, was a compulsive lier. Did not report at the airport with the placard, had to be called on phone for picking us up. Few of the lies are: had pain in the abdomen so could not report at the terminal, as against a journey of approximately 925 km. in total he exhorted the travel agency of a reported 1000/- extra claiming the run in excess of contracted 1750 km. In between he told that the cab had to be repaired for defective tyres and rim and the clutch plates were not capable of taking us to Vijeshan temple at Salkanpur, Bhopal. Never reported in time and always had excuses not sustainable. He continuously was on phone risking the lives of the cab occupants and was also instructing his caucus over phone to quote absurd mileage to their cab owners. He cheated the cab owner, the tour operator and the customers alike. The tour was otherwise organised in very good manner by Neha of Club7 Vacations, who also could not be contacted over phone on the last day of the tour. Lok Ranjan

Dipenthaker's 6 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

The trip was really good and we did not have any issues during the trip except for one place at Bhopal, wherein our hotel room was booked in hotel Tilak but we had not checked in until evening as we had to visit other places on the list before we could check in. So when we reached the hotel a smaller room was allocated to us instead of the standard room and were asked to wait until 8 pm and then we were requested to adjust in the same small room. I was not happy with the so called Hotel Tilak at Bhopal and when we asked him to allocate another room he asked us if we can shift to another hotel called hotel Alankar. This was not acceptable after a long days travel. Apart from this inconvenience at the Bhopal hotel, everything else was fine with no hassles. I request to kindly have an option of hotel Alankar which was much better in service and rooms then hotel Tilak as neither the staff nor the hotel services were at par at Hotel Tilak.

Kamalbag's 7 days trip to Bali

The trip arrangements were excellent starting from hotels and all the tours. Cab drivers were friendly and provided us good knowledge on Bali culture. MR rahul from baligotrips.com assisted us for all the queries and helped manage the trip well. Will recommend this agency to my friends. Deepak Shete

Deepak's 9 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

We finalised the trip with Club7 vacations after evaluating 3 to 4 tour operators suggested and short listed by Travel Triangle as I liked their plan and itinerary. Tapas and his associate, Neha from Club7 explained all the pros and cons very efficiently before finalising the trip. She was attentive, courteous and always gave a patient ear to our requirements. Everything was as per commitment and plan. The hotels suggested were good, vehicle and driver were efficient. It was an overall good experience and a good value for money deal. Maheshwar was a surprise package as the ghat at Narmada river was amazing and beautiful which was not expected by me. Boating in Bhedaghat amongst marble rocks in Jabalpur was a great experience. I had seen it in many hindi movies and had thought that it must have been shot abroad but was surprised to know that this was the place. Pachmari was enchanting. Kanha had beautiful forests although we were not lucky enough to spot a tiger. Had heard that Indore is the first and Bhopal, the second cleanest city in India and indeed it was true.

Amitbob's 6 days trip to Ladakh

Hi I am Amit from Bhopal. I booked a tour to laddakh for 3 couple and I must say it was a wonderful trip. And all the credit goes to our agent Mili group and of course to travel triangle. Laddakh was so mesmerizing that each and every moment was memorable. Special thanks to Maheen ji from Mili group. She gave extraordinary service and very caring support to us throughout the tour. Thanks again.

    Roshani Shetty

Roshani's 4 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

Need to improve on hotel selection. We were given an Oyo room with very small room and no hot water provision. Even after complaining there was no change. Cab and driver was very good. Though he was new to places in Bhopal, he was very quick in finding out about places. Excellent driving with no over speeding.

Ganeshpost's 6 days trip to Madhya Pradesh

1.Bhasm Arti at Ujjain was a failure as the operator failed to inform us that we have to take tickets in advance. We reached ujjain when booking was closed. 2.Driver lacked the geographical knowledge of route and places to be visited as he was proceeding every where making inquiries with passerby. He has no knowledge about the entrance of Ujjain Temple. We entered with the help of a beggar. 3.On 15-5-17 Monday our local trip of Bhopal was fixed on which day all museums and monuments observe weekly holiday. It is astonishing that the tour operator does not have the knowledge of this. 4.There is no obligation on our part to look after drivers need. Still he was begging money for Dinner. 5. Our next trip to MP will not be with Enchanting Madhya Pradesh. The accommodation at Indore was good and excellent at Maheshwar and Ujjain. If the tour operator had taken the responsibility of booking the Bhasm arti tickets in advance the the very purpose of the tour will be fruitful as there is no online booking.
