Trip organisation was good, could be better but obviously it was value for money where we enjoyed a lot.Our 5N 6D trip went well but during the arrival hotel checkin was delayed by 7hrs which led us disappointed, but after the 1st day trip was according planned as itenary and pick up and drop was well in time that was impressive, even during pick up and drop we had a luxury transfers which was over expectations and was well planned. During the adventure activity in Pattaya in sea we felt they could have guided us better before to have our swim suits but although the activity went superb so no more regrets. Our trip organiser Parul had a great communication during and before the trip even she handle it so well we could feel the back right.I recommend any travelers to get in touch with Parul before planning from Navigatio ASIA being a wonderful and helpful coordinator. The only suggestion to Navigatio ASIA is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries.Overall the trip was amazing.Thank you for those nostalgic moments.

Brijesh's 6 days trip to Kashmir

My Experience with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays – A Well-Planned Trip I recently booked a Kashmir tour package with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays, and overall, my experience was quite good. The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the major attractions like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, and Doodhpathri. From scenic landscapes to comfortable travel arrangements, everything was managed smoothly. Travel & Sightseeing Experience The sightseeing experience was fantastic. Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better. Rating for the trip: 8/10 Would I recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays? Yes!

Amitsansanwal's 4 days trip to Goa

I recently booked a trip through Trip Daddy via Travel Triangle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Coordination Issues: There was a clear lack of coordination between the agent and taxi providers, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays during the trip. Hotel Experience: The agent recommended “The Kimaya by Sea,” highlighting its proximity to the sea and good hygiene, which I agree with. However, the staff at the hotel were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. It seemed as though the hotel was being managed by someone without any prior experience in the hospitality industry. The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with limited and unappealing options. Activity Management: The agent made several decisions regarding activities without consulting me or providing any explanations. This led to inconvenience during the trip and gave me the impression that my preferences and comfort were not prioritized. The agent's attitude felt dismissive and as if I was being taken for granted. Overall, I expected a well-planned and hassle-free vacation, but the lack of professionalism and poor coordination greatly impacted my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.

We had a great time on this trip. The package was customised well to suit our budget and preferences. All the transfers, accomodation were managed very smoothly and our travel agent, Steve was available at all times to answer our queries through the entire trip! Thank you! We loved exploring Hanoi on our own, the cycle trails at Nin Binh, the cruise stay at Ha long bay, the beautiful hotel with sea view at Da Nang and the city tour at Ho Chi Minh <3

Positive: 1. Overall trip was good, most of the schedules & coordination are on time except those mentioned in negative. 2. Hotels review: Driftwood hotel at port blair was good however, their washroom was quite small but food was good, Ocean Tree Hotel at Havelock was very good property & all facility including pool, private beach, food all are excellent, small hitch we faced was frequent power shutdowns but they restore the power immediately. Hotel Pearl Park at Neil was also excellent property & its location & food was very good, but the property lacks regular maintenance some facility was out of service. But overall good hotel. 3. All coordinating person has promptly assisted during our water activities like, sea walk, scuba diving and other activity. Negative 1. No information given to team at Neil Island for our coming, contact number provided for person at Neil was not picking calls, even when I call to Delhi office (Ms Smita), she told that we are informing wait at your location & never called back to know our status. This caused us to wait for more than 1hr 30 min at Neil Jetty. 2. Even during booking package, it was agreed that Green Ocean ferry shall not be booked and only Makruss/Nautica/ITT majestic shall be booked. However, from returning from Neil to Port blair, Green ocean ferry was booked, which make us suffer in suffocating cabin of Green Ocean. 3. We are 2 family going together for trip and told to plan visit timing together but the tickets of light and sound show at cellular Jail having different timing. Feedback for improvement: The point mentioned in Negative may be work upon so that such issue may not be faced by other. Further, before visit, if it was guided better what required during visit, network issues, etc may be helpful future travelers. Many of them, first Scuba diving, radhanagar beach, laxman pur sunset

Exceptional Travel Experience with Outstanding Assistance – Highly Recommended! We recently had the pleasure of booking our trip with Gaurav, and I must say, it was an absolutely hassle-free and well-managed experience from start to finish. Gaurav and his team ensured that every aspect of our journey was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. One of the most commendable aspects of our trip was the unwavering support provided by Gaurav and our driver, Prasad. They were available at all times, ensuring seamless transportation and timely pickups and drops, even though the vehicle was on a disposable basis. There was not a single delay throughout our trip, which made our travel experience even more convenient and stress-free. A special mention to Gaurav and Prasad for their incredible help during an unforeseen situation when my husband met with a small accident. They acted swiftly, taking us to the hospital without any delay and assisting us with all the necessary formalities. Their prompt support didn’t just stop at medical assistance—they went the extra mile to help us obtain the Fit to Fly certificate, ensuring that we faced no complications during our return journey. Their genuine concern and proactive approach made all the difference, and we are truly grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Furthermore, all the arrangements throughout our trip were handled exceptionally well. The drivers were professional, polite, and well-mannered, making our journey pleasant and comfortable. We truly appreciated that no false promises were made—every piece of advice given was honest and realistic, whether it was about local restaurants or activities. A special thanks to Jugal, whose honest recommendations helped us make the most of our trip. He rightly advised that the Sea Walk is not worth it if you have already experienced Scuba Diving, as it offers a much more immersive and breathtaking underwater experience. The Sea Walk is better suited for those who are unable to do scuba. His insightful suggestion on kayaking also helped us set the right expectations—he informed us that during a full moon night, the bioluminescence is not visible, and only a sunrise kayaking experience is possible. This kind of transparency and honest guidance is truly appreciated and helped us plan our activities wisely. Overall, our experience with Gaurav and his team was nothing short of wonderful. Their impeccable service, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond for their guests truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a travel agent who prioritizes customer satisfaction, provides honest guidance, and ensures a hassle-free experience, Gaurav is the one to trust! Highly recommended, and we will definitely be booking with them again for our future travels. Thank you once again for making our trip so memorable!

first of all thanks to Miss Sheetal from tripseller, who well planed our kerala trip. stays were excellent, princess de munnar resort was awesome place, staff was also so good and they had given well services. In Thekkady periyar meadows hotel was more than expectations, and they had given us proper service. only in kovalam, golden sand resort had disappointed me little bit, there was no food after 9:30 pm and no hot water for bath after 10 pm and double bed also not comfortable, they had joined two single bed with two single mattresses. our guide cum driver Mr. Raju sangun, were so humble person, he guided us very well about every place. Choose Holiday feets among multiple partners, Overall a very good and memorable trip. All hotels except one (Ocean pearl beach resort) was very good. I observed that all Agents recommended me this hotel but this is not that much good. Negative points for Ocean Pearl- I was in deluxe room, room and washroom were dirty and smelly. Blankets not clean. Positive points for Ocean Pearl- Outside area & beach side property. May be there other room would clean but not deluxe rooms. If I give rating to all hotels so this will be the sequence: Ariees Grand- 5/5 (Very good and beyond my expectations) Aquays Neil- 5/5 TGS DineIn- 5/5 (staff was very good) Ocean pearl beach resort- 2/5 (Only for Outside area and beach view) Important points- 1. There was a complimentary Snorkeling in my Itenary but everyone on the ground insisting me to take 1200 plan which includes photo and video and they claim that it will be your best experience in everything like scuba & Sea walk. I tried all and really it was a very good experience in term of visibility of corals and fishes. But other activities like scuba & Sea walk their own experience. But In term of visibility go for Snorkeling for sure. 2nd place I give to Scuba and 3rd for sea walk. They told you that sea walk happen only in Andaman so take this experience and it cost was 3800 per person in which they give only 15 min including 1 video and 15 photos (we are 2 persons). So it's totally upon you. 2. I plan my trip from 18 Jan to 25 Jan (8 days) My Ross and North bay trip scheduled on 24th Jan and I got to know that it was closed due to republic day. I was not aware about this until I was in boat. When I was in boat, I got to know that it is closed and they take us to "Viper Island (Women's jail)" but that was in very bad condition they only want to waste time than we go North bay. I talked with team and they are also not aware about this situation. In last day my driver told me that Havelock will also closed on 26 and may be on 27 Jan. So requesting to the team to verify this details and mention in your Itenary so everyone should know about this and plan accordingly. If I know this situation so I will not increase my 1 day and save my money. Overall a good experience. Radhanagar Photoshoot. Bharatpur beach Snorkeling Scuba
