Locally known as Dhungari Temple, Hadimba Temple is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, wife of Bhima, a figure in the Indian legend, Mahabharata. Built by Maharaja Bahadur Singh in 1553, this pagoda-shaped temple features an alluring wooden architecture and is renowned for its rich religious value. Inside the temple, you will find an effigy of Hadimba Devi made with brass. Besides this, there’s also another shrine on the premises dedicated to Hadimba Devi’s son, Ghatotkacha.
3. Jogini Waterfalls

Jogini Falls is a picturesque waterfall lying near Vashisht Village in Himachal Pradesh. The waterfalls cascade down from a height of approximately 150 ft. leaving onlookers completely enthralled. Jogini Waterfalls is around 4.5 km from Vashisht Hot Water Springs and Temple and can easily be reached by a short trek of 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will find a small pool at the base where you can take a plunge, click pictures, and spend some wonderful time with your loved ones. The waterfalls receive a heavy water flow during monsoons, hence visiting this spot from July to September is not advisable.
4. Vashisht Hot Water Springs and Temple

One of the unique elements of the place lies in the medicinal properties of the hot water springs. You can also take a dip in the hot springs to rejuvenate your senses.

By Air
The nearest air dorm in Manali is Bhuntar Airport, popularly known as Kullu Manali Airport. It is situated 50 km away from Manali and 10 km south to Kullu on NH 21. There is no direct flight from Ahmedabad to Kullu-Manali. Take a flight to Delhi Indira Gandhi International airport and then take an Air India flight to Bhuntar airport. Air India serves in this route regularly. From the airport, one can easily take a bus or cab to reach Manali.
By Helicopter Taxi
A govt. charter agency, Pawan Hans provides Helicopter Taxi service from Shimla to Kullu. The distance between Kullu and Shimla is around 270 km. From Shimla, one can easily get a cab or bus to Manali.
By Train
The nearest broad gauge railhead is Una which is 250 km away and the narrow gauge railhead is Joginder Nagar which is 175 km away from Manali. You can take a train to Chandigarh and then book a cab to Manali. Through a nostalgic narrow rail route, Kalka-Shimla rail reaches Shimla, from there one can have a road journey to Manali.
By Road
Take a flight or train to Delhi or Chandigarh and then a road journey to Manali. The distance between Delhi and Manali is 570 km. Himachal Tourism Development Corporation runs two Volvos and Himachal Road Transport Corporation runs five daily Volvo & AC buses and twelve non-AC services in the Daily-Manali route by NH 1.Manali can be also reached by NH 22 from Chandigarh which is 310 km away.
