Travel agent was good, guided us properly and was flexible enough to accommodate our requirements. I feel there is problem with the process, we were formally not introduced to the hotel with our detailed requirements. Hotel was not up to the expectations, frequent power failures, there was no lift. I had to pull the agent every time to resolve the issues.

Time boundation of 8 hours was not good for cab because of which at some beaches, we were not able to spend even 25-30 minutes of time. Also parking charges should be fully included in Cab n Driver services but we paid for 2 parkings in Agauda and Chapora Fort. Hotel services were okay but welcome drink was not offered to us although it was mentioned in the itenary.

Pramod's 3 days trip to Goa

The trip was as per the itinerary shared by the travel agent and we could customize as per the requirement. The hotels was up to our expectations except one or two incidents, which were swiftly attended by the management and the cabs organised by the agent was up to the mark and there was on time pick up and drop to the location. Few areas of improvement needed and I believe, this will be taken care of. I'm eager to make the next booking with Trip Daddy.

Choice of the hotel and accommodation is good, however the hotel breakfast is average. While the cars for the trip are good, the drivers are doing just the role of normal taxi drivers only not guiding about the places and just rushing to close the trip.

Thanks to travel triangle for giving us such a wonderful travel experience to Goa. All the things mentioned in the tour package were done beautifully, from being picked up at the airport to the transfer back to the airport. It would have been better if the hotel package had rooms suitable for families with more children. Delicious food, beautiful sea views, cool Goan lifestyle and culture.
