Hotel at Pattaya was very bad and not for family stay

A budget friendly, customized and hassle-free experience!

Tour and itenary was arranged very nicely by Clipago Private Limited. There were no hurdles we faced during the trip. Hotels given were excellent, only the Casa Del M Hotel at Phuket which was chosen by me found at a distance from main Market or Beach area where we had to take vehicle and go. Veg food was not available in this Casa Del M hence for Vegetarian it will be problem except fruits. Clipago team was very much reachable over the phone as and when required and the response was prompt, their team found truly professionals. Recommending not to Visit Thailand May to September months. October to March is good time to enjoy and visit all islands, max can be extended till April but not in May due to weather conditions in Thailand. Overall the Trip was very nice and i would like to thanks Travel Triangle and Clipago team for making the tour success inspite of bad weather conditions. Strongly recommends Clipago.

From the day we have landed in Bangkok and reached to pattaya hotel, hotel did not allow us for early check in as our flight was early in the morning and we reached hotel early so hotel asked us to pay more if we want to do early check in . Our travel agent didn't inform us about this neither he managed in advance though he has already booking details with him. Hotel in Pattaya and Krabi has lots of cockroaches inside the room. Room was tiny too. (Glow hotel) Hotel in Phuket doesn't provide proper toiletries in room. Without informing us they clean our room using different keys when we went for tour. Which is not the right way to do so. Driver in Bangkok for safari park drove the car with 140+ /km speed. He almost hit one car in signal. Also when after marine park when he drive the car for safari park he didn't stop near Jiraaf feeding point. He just rush us to the home. On day two local travel agent from our group argue us on time and heated with bad words. Overall after paying so much we did not receive that good amount of service.

The trip was well organized and exceeded our expectations. The agency was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. I will definitely recommend this agency to my friends and family.

Nicely Managed. The Travel agency was helpful. even the guys present locally in the country visited to meet in the hotel and discuss about the trip and expectations.

Cars were not clean. Drivers were not given instructions clearly.

Indian Breakfast was not available at hotel at Krabi. At few places Transfers were shared that too in Tuk Tuk (Non AC). That was a bit uncomfortable considering heat. I really felt that , Hotels option could be more better then what offered to us.
