Special mention to our tour guide, Zia Sir, and Mohammed Ahmed for covering as many spots as possible, while still allowing us room to explore on our own. Trip Experience Umar, Zia sir, Arfan, and Hussain were always on time for the pick ups, which made us explore without wasting any time. We loved the hotel selected — not only for its food options but also for its excellent service. The tour guides were well-versed with the places and procedures, making entry into the venues a hassle-free experience. Areas for Improvement One area that could further elevate the experience is the communication between local personnel and the agents in India. This can be improved, especially regarding real-time updates about venue conditions — such as if a spot is under maintenance or renovation (e.g., Dubai Fountain, The Pointe). Providing such information in advance would help in better planning and managing expectations. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency and TravelTriangle for international travel, as the coordination and service quality were far below acceptable standards. The actual experience deserves 1 star or less. I had a terrible time with Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel through TravelTriangle. From mismanaged itineraries to unresponsive support and unmet promises, nothing went as planned. There was no proper communication from the agency once the payment was made — I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I got vague or delayed responses. The local support in Dubai was almost nonexistent, and I felt completely left on my own without any reliable help. Activities were rushed, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism I expected for the price I paid. Overall, this trip turned into a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through House of Travellers or Travel Triangle — they are not trustworthy and do not deliver on what they promise.
