Amitsansanwal's 4 days trip to Goa

I recently booked a trip through Trip Daddy via Travel Triangle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Coordination Issues: There was a clear lack of coordination between the agent and taxi providers, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays during the trip. Hotel Experience: The agent recommended “The Kimaya by Sea,” highlighting its proximity to the sea and good hygiene, which I agree with. However, the staff at the hotel were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. It seemed as though the hotel was being managed by someone without any prior experience in the hospitality industry. The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with limited and unappealing options. Activity Management: The agent made several decisions regarding activities without consulting me or providing any explanations. This led to inconvenience during the trip and gave me the impression that my preferences and comfort were not prioritized. The agent's attitude felt dismissive and as if I was being taken for granted. Overall, I expected a well-planned and hassle-free vacation, but the lack of professionalism and poor coordination greatly impacted my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.

Selected hotel service is very bad, located at nearer to beach. Need to compromise for all basic needs like room cleaning, bathroom kit, daily water bottle and TV. Taxi driver is also not remain same for all these days. Need better clearity on taxi type as they deputed WagonR also. Agent has planned the trip properly and help to clear out all the issue which face during the trip. It needs to get clear such way so that frequent calling and follow up not required. Cruise add on is really nice for this trip
