They were always available to assist us with platform-related questions, payments, vouchers, etc. A special thanks to Avishek from Kalpana Tours for managing our itinerary so well, accommodating our requirements, and always being available to resolve our queries—even at midnight (India time). The support from Avishek and his team truly made our trip more memorable. Overall, the service from Travel Triangle and Kalpana Tours was excellent. However, we did observe a few areas of improvement—more as suggestions for future Bali travelers: 1. Our stay at Legian Paradiso Hotel in Kuta was very good. The service, breakfast, and overall ambience were up to the mark, and I would highly recommend it. However, our experience at Prayatna Villas Ubud (private pool villa) was disappointing. The breakfast options were extremely limited (only one veg/egg option), portions were minimal, and even extra bread was chargeable. There was no staff available between 11 PM and 7 AM for any assistance, which could be risky in emergencies. Some basic amenities were also missing, and the location is quite remote. I would not recommend this property. 2. Our assigned driver initially tried to rush through the itinerary and was reluctant to cover some en-route places. After raising the concern with him and later with Avishek’s local team, the issue was resolved and the driver became cooperative. 3. Suggestion for travelers: If your plan is to relax at the hotel, a 10 AM start is fine. But if you want to explore Bali fully, it’s better to leave by 9 AM, as sunsets are early and markets in many places close by then. Despite a few stressful moments (which are quite normal in any trip), our overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we reached out to Avishek, he was always available with quick solutions, regardless of the time. Avishek, Minshu, and Ritu were extremely helpful throughout, and I would definitely recommend their services for a Bali trip. Looking forward to planning my next trip with them again.

find it difficult to locate the hotel during our check in date-26th April. Not much happening inside this sleepy village (but a PEACEFUL place). Restaurants closed by 9pm, villa kitchen close by 830pm last order. We are always in a hurry to reach Bakung stay by 7pm. Nearest market was 3.5 km away The property was not well maintained- broken door locks (repaired immediately after our complaint), unkept pools. SOMEHOW WE MANAGED The staff: at Bakung was helpful to arrange first aid quickly for my 4 YO son, we hurt himself in leg while playing POSITIVE: Expected single room villa, amazed by double bed duplex villa. 5-star for the surprise Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good.

ill we had a good trip to Bali and had a lot of fun . But we missed on few places like uluwatu temple and few places in ubud since cab driver was running out of time . Villa we booked was great and I would highly recommend annora villa and legian paradise . Lembongan cruise was great and we loved nusa Dua . And cab driver refused us to show or stop in jimbaran bay since it was not in his schedule. I would highly recommend bali a great destination for a honeymoon but don’t go with Als destination.

Lembongan island activities not correct as per itinerary shared, no electric car village tour, their was group tour near yellow bridge for 15 mins only, no unlimited water activities. Hotel Legian paradise is Old and not clean hotel rooms, though breakfast was good and located in middle of Kuta with lot of options. Rest was pleasant stay. Staff were polite and nice in all places. Cab services was good. ALS destination can delivery better quality much better for what their are charging to the customer. I will not recommend ALS nor Travel Triangle to anyone or choose for my next holidays Rest we pleasant stay in Bali, this is due to wonderful people we meet and interacted in Bali.

uld recommend prebooked cab for your trip. He also suggest few places other than our planned itinerary where we went and they were really good. We lived in Legian Kuta recommended if you love club/night life. We also lived in Villa in Nusa dua it was also really good. For vegetarian Bali has really fewer options and for non-vegetarian there are more than u can think. We took USD from India and converted then to IDR best rate you will get if you want to save money. It is recommended to convert partly as you can get money exchange in bali very very easily. We also took ICICI international card which was also useful at many places specially at airport like we had connecting flight from Malaysia but we didn't has their currency, we used card there.

d, one of my best travel guide. The arrangements they made was really up to the mark and was exactly happened the way I told them and mentioned in the itenary. I would definitely recommend people for travel triangle and next time also if I plan for visiting outside then I would definitely go for travel traingle. Thanks for everything and thanks for making this trip memorable. All day was the best but specially when comes for shopping our last day driver showed us the place where we can buy the cheapest product for our family and thats Agung mall in legian. He guided to us over there in the last minute. Gili was the best memorable place and I would love to visit again.

g was smooth. The hotel - The Sun Hotel & Spa, Legion, Kuta was awesome, good enough for spending the night. Very closer to the Legian beach, walkable distance. Many shops at walkable distance, which made our life easier. The cab driver - Mardi was awesome, flexible, polite and well-mannered, overall a fantastic human being, I would recommend this person for any future travel requests in Bali. Please book this person whenever possible. Overall, it was a great trip. We enjoyed a lot! Thanks to TravelTriangle for everything!

mended were top notch in service, style, and accommodations, especially the private villa "LEGIAN KRIYAMAHA VILLA", which upgraded us to a villa with pool! We enjoyed having a private cab for each location, and the person who attended us in the Bali very knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and accommodating. We had an amazing trip overall, and enjoyed all of our experiences such as "Sunset Uluwatu Tour and Kecak Dance", "Candle light dinner at Jimbaran Bay", Ubud tour! Special thank to Ms. Anu Singh for organizing such a wonderful and memorable trip to us! We will definitely look forward for more trips to plan from here. Best wishes.
