I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency and TravelTriangle for international travel, as the coordination and service quality were far below acceptable standards. The actual experience deserves 1 star or less. I had a terrible time with Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel through TravelTriangle. From mismanaged itineraries to unresponsive support and unmet promises, nothing went as planned. This review is only visible because I had to rate it 5 stars — don’t be misled by the rating, read the review carefully before booking.

There was no proper communication from the agency once the payment was made — I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I got vague or delayed responses. The local support in Dubai was almost nonexistent, and I felt completely left on my own without any reliable help. Activities were rushed, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism I expected for the price I paid. Overall, this trip turned into a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through House of Travellers or Travel Triangle — they are not trustworthy and do not deliver on what they promise.
