We booked this trip through Navicrow, and our agent, Mr. Yash Raikwar, was supportive. Just one suggestion: Mr. Yash, it would be helpful if you could answer calls more consistently. Even if a problem cannot be solved immediately, it feels reassuring when someone listens. After all, customer service makes a big difference. Also, for non-vegetarian travelers visiting Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Kausani, be prepared as vegetarian food is predominantly available in these places.
