How to Reach Kempty Falls in Mussoorie

Kempty Falls is open for visitors all seven days a week keeping in mind the rush and convenience of the people. The exact location where you should head is about 15 KM from Mussoorie on the yumontri road. Being a tourist spot, the taxi drivers around the railway station, bus stand or even airport won’t leave you with the need to know the way. To be precise, the place is 69 KM from the Jolly Grant Airport. And for the people reaching through the railway station, you will have to cover about 45 KM to reach the place. For the people who want to follow e-maps, pin down to the place at Ram Gaon, kempty, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Generally, people travel from Haridwar to Mussoorie through the outskirts of Dehradun. The route will connect you to the place in 3 hours with the last 30 km is a treat to your eyes, uphill drive. The facilities rendered by the local tourism industry can take you in a comfortable taxi of your choice, luxurious just as you wish. The place  If you are somewhere around the central location of Mussoorie, the Kempty Falls is about 30 min far and it is feasible to reach the loved destination via auto-rickshaws and taxis with ease. The best way to explore and enjoy the nearby places is to walk a little and travel later witnessing the Tibetan community settled around the place of the forest.

There is a famous saying “When in Rome do as the romans do”, if you look to explore the place and know the place as much as the locals do, direct public transport is waiting for you. Enjoy the hospitality of the place with ‘tangawalas’, the experience is certainly guaranteed to be second to none.
