It is essential to verify and provide complete transparency regarding hotel details and services at the time of quotation or payment. We faced challenges in a couple of
hotels, particularly related to food availability which impacted our experience.
Additionally, the cab services need better management. Timeliness, cleanliness of vehicles, and professionalism of drivers are critical factors. In our case, a lack of route knowledge and awareness of local places led to significant time loss during travel.
We recommend ensuring better coordination and accurate information sharing to enhance customer satisfaction in future arrangements.

I booked a trip to Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra through MyTripLab, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. While the itinerary looked promising initially, the execution was poorly managed. There were coordination issues during the trip, delays in arrangements, and a lack o
f clear communication from the agency when problems arose.
Some of the services promised were either not delivered as expected or required repeated follow-ups, which took away from the enjoyment of the trip. As a traveler, I expect smoother planning and better support, especially for a multi-city tour.
There is definitely room for improvement in terms of organization, responsiveness, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would advise future travelers to confirm all details very clearly before booking with MyTripLab.

Had a great Delhi-Agra trip with Travel Triangle and Back to holidays.Our stay at 'Sita International ' was very nice. Location is perfect to avail public transport. Staffs are very helpful. Our driver Ritesh Mishra was very nice and helpful person.

Given the huge number of devotees and restrictions in place a lot of things did not work the way we wanted but such things can't be blamed on agent.

Delhi hotel was not upto the mark. Had cockroaches and food was sub standard and highly priced.
