The tour was good and well coordinated including staying in hotels, transport and other facilities. The experience of Hop on & Hop off buses both in Vienna and London were good. Vishal Thakur's coordination during our trip was commendable. His help in searching out transport to reach to Crystal world in Innsbruck and his 24 hours availability on phone was really helpful.

We travelled to Nordics countries, very nicely coordinated. I believe everything can't be documented or told, one has to experience what you asked for and what you got. Transparent and reliable

Being based out of London and to choose Duniya Safari out of all the Tour operators - speaks in itself. I had floated my desired itinerary out and DS not just responded to my request but ensured every bit of my intent and plans to see Hungary and Austria was captured. Right from being proactive in sending me all the quotes, helping me with the visa consultation, a smooth payment process, to sharing the vouchers - everything was pristine. I didn't miss a local tour operator or a guide as Duniya Safari had taken care of everything. Right from taxi bookings, to railway reservations to the flights. Mayuri and team went beyond routine to ensure we were taken care of. As a highlight - we would get a notification every morning as to what is the plan for the day and how do I effectively manage the day. The team was virtually with us throughout the tour. From the time I was intending for a Trip across Europe to the time I settled back home - Duniya Safari kept me happy. No doubt, Duniya Safari will be the team I go back to when I plan my next trip. I had a good time with my trip however the hotel wherein I was staying Le Grand Blue Hotel was pathetic. I had to change 4 rooms in 7 days trip and on complaining them they started accusing us back saying we don't know how to operate AC and we have kept the door open. Think a honeymoon couple would leave their door open that too 4 days in a 7 days trip. Though I liked the food there and the staff was good. It was their management team who was so arrogant and insufficient to handle their customer's issues and instead of assisting or apologizing they don't admit their mistakes. I wish I could sue couple of people specially Satyendra who claims to be the ex-Manager of Hilton Group in London..What a joke ;p and the operations guy named Akash. They both were too arrogant and misbehaved with me and my wife. Sue them if possible. Best memories is trip to Port Louis. It's a beautiful city though everything shuts down in Mauritius by 5pm but still we managed to do some shopping and Casino too in Port Louis in Caudan Waterfront Mall.

Had an immensely enjoyable UK tour curated to our tastes by Arpita and team. Right from when we landed in London to when we boarded our plane back to India, we had no hassles anywhere. Arpita was thoughtful enough to suggest hotels close to the hub or located close to a Train station at a very reasonable price. The itinerary that was first offered to us covered most of the places we had in mind and they were happy to add any alterations that we asked for. The guided tours organized for us were all very professional & entertaining and the guides had profound knowledge about the places. A bustling London, a very quiet and scenic Windermere, a very historic Edinburgh with its creepily exciting stories. Couldn't have asked for more !!! Travel triangle helped us a lot in getting many agents to meet our requirements. Also thanks to Shilpa Verdan from TT.

We had a great trip. Special thanks goes to Ms Damanpreet, who was very supportive throughout the process. However, we are bringing out following aspects solely from the point of providing a true & honest feedback, which is so vital to ensure further improvements in the quality of services provided, leading to greater customer satisfaction. 1) The hotel at Moreton-in-Marsh was excellent. The hotel at London was good. However, the hotels at Windermere and Edinburgh were below par - BnB kind of arrangement. Better hotels could have been booked. 2) The Moreton-in-Marsh to Windermere train connection was not booked though it was very much included in the overall package citing reasons that it is not available. We had to book the same ourselves at additional cost. But for the above reasons, our overall rating would certainly have been 9-10.

I am posting this review a little late as I travelled UK & SCOTLAND in JAN - FEB 2017. It was a first time for us at traveltriangle.com and I had an amazing experience with Duniya Safari.
