The. hotel yangthang very good i.e. service, food and amenities. but other hotels not as per the star rating. The river rafting very good . Tea garden visit is excellent. price and quote to be accepted byTravel Triangle after visit and cross check. Because in the name of buffet system keeping only poori masala and bread. Compliment to be as per star rating given in the quote. But we are delighted by our coordinator mr kunal singh. Darjiling 2days enough to visit not.much to see. Toy train waste of. money and time because its only inside city which covers surrounded by hotels and trainage. These are all. inputs The arrangement made by Mr kunal is excellent . any issues and any time.he will be ready ro resolve mainly driver issues. The travel plan suggestions were good, the contact person mr kunal singh is excellent service, kind in nature and support given during entire trip till departure is superb. ravangala park is very nice .

I appreciated the personalized touches by Ayushi Upadhyay ( our tour planner). She helped us to choose the route correctly, even though she helped us to change the whole itinerary before our journey date. Which was undoubtedly professional. Though it cost us little more than we expected. Overall, they provide good homestay with good views, except one hotels, which we have provided the feedback for other customers. Which I mostly like whenever we have little issues they solve with less time. With all the experience we would choose unexplored travel for our future trip. Help to change the itinerary before our journey date due to route permission. Help us to check with owner where they have some discrepancy.

It was an amazing holiday. Sai Tours and TT did a commendably good job. Megha from Sai Tours was quick enough to reframe the itinerary when Lachung was closed for Tourist. Hotels were all very good both in Sikkim and Darjeeling. One feedback is that, the driver co-ordination needs to be more proactive. Otherwise it was a great trip Sight of Kanchenjunga from my Resort balcony.

I recently booked a cab service through sai agency for my 8-night, 9-day tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling. Overall, the cab service was comfortable, and the drivers were knowledgeable about the routes and local attractions. The vehicles were clean and well-maintained and enjoyable journey throughout the trip. However, I have two suggestions for improvement: 1) Provide Driver Details in Advance: It would be helpful if you could provide the details of the driver (name and contact number) for the next day's trip a bit earlier, preferably the evening. This would allow us to directly communicate with the driver in case of any queries or changes to the schedule, making the process more efficient and stress-free. 2) Clear Communication for Sunday Trips: During our Sunday trip, we faced some confusion .To avoid any issues regarding cab payments or service, I suggest ensuring clear communication for trips on Sundays or any day when the office might be closed. It would be great if there were a designated contact person or an emergency number we could reach out to in case of any concerns, particularly regarding payments or service-related matters. Thank you again for your service, and I hope to see this small improvement implemented for an even better experience.
